These are great I trust caruso's products so much. I am on these to help me with my vitd but for the benefits of k2 on my medical condition.
I brought this product that has both vitamin K2 and D3 together. Where the Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium, while the vitamin K2 directs calcium to your bones instead of joints and arteries, I am happy with this product.
I have been taking these combined capsules for some time. They agree with me and as my body likes the product, I will continue to purchase. Also, well priced.
I have no reason to believe it isn't a quality product but you don't much value for your money. I have since found many other products with a much higher amount of Vitamin D3 and K2 per capsule for a lower price.
After 2 years of working from home and sitting on my arse in general, my chiropractor reminded me of the importance of exercise and vitamin D. I found K2+D3 on Caruso's website and have not looked back since! I also take Vitamin C, Activated B12, Zinc and Super Magnesium - all from Caruso's website. They are necessary and affordable.
Am sure this will work great as I have for a couple of years now been taking Caruso's Vit K2 with other brands D3 & Magnesium as they don't contain K2. This one is great with K2 inclusive.
I thought this would be a great tablet to take since I could cut down on the number of tablets I'm taking per day. It's quite a large tablet though and can feel it going down my throat.
