Researched K2 + D3 for a while before deciding to purchase this. This is a product that doesn't show how good it is, though for calcium absorption and bone mineralisation this is the product.
I researched for Vitamin D supplements and found this combination would be great. There were a number of products available in the market. This one seemed to have the right value for money and the kind of combination I was exactly after. It gave me results I was hoping for.
Using these for heart health, as well as teeth remineralisation, apparently these two vitamins together help to push calcium back into the dentin. Early days yet but feeling hopeful!
Have been taking these for the last month because my vitamin D is low. I have found it helpful in boosting my levels and giving my immune system support.
Caruso's is a quality brand and their K2+D3 combination is great way of getting these two key synergistic vitamins in your diet. Both are difficult to get from a normal diet and sun exposure. Great for bone support. I've been using consistently for a year and will continue to buy this brand
After 2 years of working from home and sitting on my arse in general, my chiropractor reminded me of the importance of exercise and vitamin D.
