I am on a low carb diet and these were recommended to me. They are a fantastic antioxidant, and great to help high blood pressure. Would recommend if your doctor says you should take a COQ10 supplement. I have to get my blood checked every six months and my levels are all really good

Buyers, I suggest purchasing only Nature Made vitamins and supplements as they are USP tested for quality and purity. I take one Nature Made CoQ10 each day to prevent migraine headaches. It really works. If I feel one coming on, it usually goes away without any of the migraine 'hang over' and no headache. I just plain, don't get migraines as long as I take one of these little soft gels every morning.

CoQ10 keeps my cramps away. Before I started taking CoQ10 my cholesterol medication created bad cramps. My pharmacist suggested CoQ10, start low (100mg) and work up. Nature Made 200mg does the trick. The capsules are small so they are easy to swallow. Othe 200mg CoQ10 capsules are skinny horse pills! Ugh!

This supplement is well packaged and a great value. When researching online, the Nature Made brand in general is ranked high for their quality, which is why I choose to use this brand. I need between 300mg and 400mg per day, so I wanted to find a larger pill for this purpose. This is, however, a very large pill so definitely people need to be prepared. I know they have the same supplement in 100mg doses that are much smaller, and you would just need to take however many add up to what you need.
I've been taking this for many years. It's good for heart health and cellular energy. I take a low dose because I don't have any issues but I am a senior and sometime might feel a little stiff after sitting too long. My husband is on statins so he takes 300 mg a day. Statins can cause aches and pains and this can help to relieve some of those issues.
