Have used these in the past. I usually only take one about every other day and don't seem to have any side effects. I just wish they were properly labeled ... Soy dairy wheat free? EtcAnd what is up with a bottle that is clearly too large for the quantity ?

These Micro tablets are truly small. My hubby has a hard time with the gigantic horse pills that some multi vitamins are. We tried another brand that said they were mini -tabs and there was nothing mini about them,. We also tried liquid vitamins, but the taste was not good no matter what we used to disguise. These had been wonderful, only take 2 each day, easy to swallow,and no disgusting smell or taste. So pleased with these .

My view:1. Very good! Because It doesn't contain Iodine. This is what you need if your body has Iodine problem.2. Small and easy to swallow.3. Multivitamin always contains some trace minerals. You better pay attention to the total potency per day if you also take other supplements.All the best

Love the small size because unlike most multivitamins, they don't give me indigestion or an acidic stomach after taking them. But still everything you need is packed into the tiny pills!
It has some kind of smell but doesn't have after taste. It is really micro. Good potency. The size is really small can be easily swallowed without water. Quality is just fine for me. Daily dosage is 2 tablets.I am a little bit disappointed about the package quantity because I want it to last more days as I thought it is one tablet daily but it is 2 tablets daily.
I am highly pleased with this product.After thorough evaluation of numerous options, I have determined that Nature's Life Mighty Mini Vite Complete Daily Multivitamin No Iodine or Iron aligns perfectly with my specific requirements.
I've had bariatric surgery (roux en y gastric bypass) and am on a vitamin protocol for the rest of my life due to the malabsorption effects of the surgery. Unfortunately I have also developed some kind of dysphagia related to swallowing pills after my surgery, which has led to me not adhering to my vitamin regimen and becoming deficient in a number of nutrients. After searching high and low, I found these vitamins. They are literally the only multi vitamins that I can take. The size is truly mini, comparable to a baby aspirin. I take a double dose and they don't have any coating to buffer their absorption, so I do experience thiamine flushing, but that is a small price to pay for a vitamin that I can actually swallow without gagging or throwing up.
I was using a different brand of vitamins that said "without iodine". But then the company took off the "without iodine" and the ingredients didn't change. I was having reactions to them but couldn't figure out why. I went down the list of ingredients and found that they used pyridoxine hydrochloride for the vitamin b6...well that is elemental iodine!! I'm guessing that is why they had to remove the "without iodine" from the bottle. Nature's Life actually has NO IODINE! (They use something else for the b6, so no pyridoxine hydrochloride/elemental iodine....if you are allergic to iodine added to things, pyridoxine hydrochloride is used in almost all cereals, except frosted mini wheats I found don't!)
They lie about the ingredients they dont tell you there is cornstarch and glucose syrup in these vitamins. I bought these vitamins for my mom and i had the vitamins sent to my moms house. My mom had cancer and she took these pills and they made her cancer spread. Had i known these vitamins had glucose syrup and cornstarch i never would have bought these vitamins for my mom.
I chose this product since it doesn't contain Iron and Iodine, which I cannot consume.The only thing I don't like is that the tablets are very small (they call it "Micro tablets" and they are micro...).Other then that, I like that it doesn't have any after taste (which often happens when taking a multi-vitamin) and it has no scent.and it has a very good vitamin and mineral complex.
