I started taking it to help with osteoporosis, and found it helpful for my joint pain & stiffness, gut lining (no more indigestion / leaky gut!), as well as pelvic floor muscles & organs (especially bladder). It's a bit difficult to digest, so I make sure to have it on a full stomach. I also take L-Tryptophan with it to guard against the moodiness that can happen as a side-effect. The large size (which I've only found here at iHerb) makes it even more economical.

Love the quality of this protein powder. Mixes easily, and is a full collagen source, all types. Appreciate the added enzymes as well. Feel this is helping with my digestion, my joints and also making my skin break out less and dry out slower. Definitely a great add to morning coffee, elevates it to a super coffee and keeps me full well into the day. Will buy again and recommend to anyone as a protein source, particularly if you suffer from gut/joint issues! 57 10g collagen doses means this will last be two months, so despite being bit pricey think its worth it !

I have been using it continuously for 2 months, 2 measures a day. It's hard to say if it works. Hair still falls out, but it can be influenced by other factors, such as stress or deficiencies, my skin is in good condition thanks to conscious care. The only thing I noticed was that the skin on the body was less dry. Once, after a shower, I had to apply a lotion because otherwise I was almost peeling, and now the skin is not dry even without the lotion. So when it comes to hydration, it definitely works. I have never complained about joints, so I will not say anything here either. When I go to the Mountains, it will turn out.

Our life and food is not enough unfortutately to have daily protein. This package is good, comes sealed and no moisture. The collagen source from grass feed animals which has all nutrients needed. This type of protein has much better quality then any other type of protein you can find in grocery store (meat, chiken eggs and fish). This one has slighly flavor of eggs shell I guess. It has a dose scoop which is usefull. This collagen can steand a heat, however I add this to my milk tea / cofee after it isnot too hot. Otherwise it won't dissolve ceorrectly. So you can also add it to hot and cold drinks!
