To my dismay when I read the ingredints list on the back of the bottle it lists soybean oil as one of the ingredients. Therefore, I have to go through the time-consuming hassle and expense of returning it. The ingredients list for this product is not listed on the Vitamin Shoppe website, if it had been listed I would have chosen another FloraGLO lutein product sans soy. After taking this for two months, the floaters in my eyes seem to have decreased.My eye sight has improved too! I have been taking one bottle every six months (around 2 bottles per year) for regular maintenance.

I'm glad that Lutein promotes antioxidant protection for my eyes. This is a huge help in improving the health of my eye vision. I'll buy more of this for me and for my dad as well.
I have used this product for many years and have had very good results. My ophtalmologist seems impressed with the results of my eye exam when I see him. Tried other good products but did not get the same results.
Since my Eye Specialist told me I had all the Eye diseases one could get in old age, I have taken Ultra Lutein daily. I have a positive outlook and feel quite sure that this product has maintained the little vision I have and quite possibly improved my vision over the past 5 months. I intend on using it as long as it is available.
I have been taken this for years, since a small retina tear in my right eye was found 5-6 years ago.. Not only the soft gel has 20mg Lutein, it also has the most strength of marigold flowers( compared to most other brands) which is also very beneficial for maintaining and strengthening the eye. The retina tear has since gotten better and smoothened out! I have not stopped taking it still everyday.
The eye specialist told my sis to have an eye injection urgently or she will be blind. As the eye centre usually gives appt at 6months with referral, her case was special as it neds early intervention. She has a phobia of injections especially to her eye. I don't really know if the ingredients and quality are good, as I didn't notice any benefits or improvement, but then I may have to take it for longer. I'm also dealing with my vision and eye fatigue in other ways, so I think it'll take more than just a supplement.
