My eye doctor recommended an AREDS supplement for my vision health. This has the included Lutein at 10 mg. in a small sized red gel pill. Preservision also has 10 mg in a daily serving (2 gels). I already have a multi-vitamin/mineral I like. There is too much overlap with the other supplements included in the name brand. This works out to be more economical for me. Lutein benefits general eye health, not just macular degeneration.

am taking Swanson Lutein to maintain eye health. this is a tiny size gelatin capsule, very easy to swallow, no taste noticed. it looks like quality ingredients and I trust that it's being beneficial. I take it after breakfast alongside an astaxanthin supplement. Two weeks ago when I renewed my drivers licence they said that I no longer have to wear glasses for driving as I passed the vision test this time round ... so my vision has definitely improved somehow

Delivery timeframe was quick as usual. Plus, the item arrived intact with decent shelf life. I need ‘Lutein’ to improve my eyes’ health as well as to sharpen my vision as I’ve been working on a computer a lot and my vision tends to get very fatigued from screen time. The quality seems decent, good packaging too, also the size of the tablet is small and easy to swallow.
