Green colored tablet looks like there is the whole veggie garden inside. Since it contains so many vitamins and minerals you might break them into half in order to swallow them easier. Take 2 of them daily, always better to take them after meal - one after breakfast and the other after lunch. Note that results won't come over night even if you can start to feel more energy after the first day you will see improved hair and skin texture after some months and as well joints will feel more lubricated.

I don't mind the smell of these, and they give me all the nutrients I need each day. I take them in the morning with water, or at night. I have purchased from this brand before and they are decent. If you want to make sure you're getting all your nutrients, this is a good way to supplement your diet.
Got these for my teen girls who eat vegan, only wish i had found them sooner. They are packed with wonderful ingredients and at safe amounts. They have both felt better taking these and have no complaints. We are fans and won't stop getting these from Vitacost who we truly love and trust.
Have been getting these vitamins for my husband for years. Reordered some and noticed that the ingredients now contain gelatin. If you look on the Nature's Way website, you'll see that it is porcine/pork gelatin. So for whatever reason, they took a perfectly good, efficient product, and made it so you can't buy it if you are vegan, vegetarian, Jewish, or Muslim. Suffice it to say I will never purchase their products again.
This multivitamin is better by alive than their old one! At least this one has no talc in it! That causes cancer!! The original one has talc! that's a bad ingredient! I recommend this one that is organic! All natural! And no bad ingredients in it!- this time! So I'll stick to this one!
