These are the worst smelling and tasting vitamin I've ever taken. I ended up swallowing them whole just to get them down without having to taste it in my mouth. They taste like burnt grass if you try to dissolve them in your mouth. Don't do it! I can't see the benefit of all the "greens" that they say increases absorption so I'm going back to my previous formula and will never buy these again! Terrible product!

I took this Calcium before. Ingredients are perfekt, everything is from plants. But tabletts are too big, difficult to swallow, that's why minus one star. I don't know, if it helps me with bone, but I hope, yes.

I chose this nutritional supplement for children's bone health. This was the best choice. In the past, my children had a hard time because other nutritional supplements were not digested. However, it also digests well. Oh, it was delivered in a well-packed state.
