The elegant design and chrome colour matches our kitchen well. We bought it to replace our old Citiz which we had for over 8 years. We decided to stay with the original machine as we love the original coffee flavours not available in the newer machine and capsules.

Love the size of this machine. The mini was too small for our family so this has been a great edition. Less frequent filling of the water container and emptying the used pods 👍🏻. A tad on the noisy side but otherwise a great machine

I was contemplating between buying a manual/automatic coffee machine or a capsule coffee machine during this lockdown. After many months of research, including looking at the new Nespresso Vertuo. Eventually, I bite the bullet and settled for this model due to its chrome finished and looks solid with its exterior and extra water tank capacity, compared to other models. I was skeptical about capsule coffee machine prior to this, but now I am completely sold. It does not disappoint. It is tiny compared to full-size coffee machine, and does not take up much bench space at all. The tremendous choice of coffee pods mean I can choose different flavour profile coffee that I enjoy every morning, including the flavoured coffee. I am very happy with this purchase, and looking ... Looks stylish without bulk and makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. It holds quite a few used pods before needing to be emptied. It’s quite a lot quieter than my previous machine and it makes a hot coffee exactly as I want it. The chrome finish looks fabulous. More expensive than I wanted to pay but it’s completely justified it’s cost. I love it!
My old Inissia was reaching the end of its working life, so I thought I'd upgrade to the CitiZ while it was on sale. The CitiZ is easy to use but the coffee it makes is not nearly as good as that made by the Inissia. I have to go-through the rinsing-with-hot-water palaver every time to improve the coffee quality and so it is hot enough. A bit disappointing for the supposed top-of-the-range capsule model.
Does the job, but is much noisier than the De Longhi Citiz that we had for several years. Also, more difficult to remove the capsule basket. Doesn't seem as well put together as our previous De Longhi Citiz.
Love it this is my go to Nespresso machine. Have been using for years. This is a replacement for old one that I had for years. Wanted to replace the red one for my new kitchen. 👍
Little machine perfect for our home. Got it on sale with coffee credit, and came with a tasting box of capsules which is a nice surprise (though expiring in a month. Free stuff, can’t complain 😁). The machine is quite loud when it makes coffee to an extent that I worry the vibration would move the cup and spill the coffee. Touchwood it hasn’t happened so far. But I guess this is an easy fix by putting a mat underneath the machine or simply hold the cup myself. Anyway, good value for the price I paid. It looks quite sleek too. 👍
I have probably made around 200 cups of coffee with this machine and it does what it claims to do...make pod coffee. I chose the CitiZ without the milk frother as I purchased a Breville milk cafe which works well with it. My only issue is I am drinking more coffee, as it's now so easy to make. The machine feels solid and it works just as well for mugs as for small cups. It takes a short amount of time to heat and the canister holds quite a few pods before you need to empty it. Sometimes a pod seems to get misplaced and won't puncture/load properly, but this might be my fault. Otherwise, no complaints. A very clean and easy way to make coffee.
I changed from Lavazza's machine to this, because I wanted the variety of pods available with Nespresso. It looks pretty classy, tall, & the chrome cup stands are actually metal which is a surprise/feels better quality. It does make a light hissing noise when its plugged in, even when not in use, so I simply turn it off at the wall. Warms up quickly, runs well.
