A very nice machine the coffee blends are nice it comes with an assortment of capsules that are very easy to use. Beware of the offer on at present though of 100 free capsules you have to go to the nespresso site to get it and they ask for proof of purchase in the form of a receipt which you don't get with Amazon. The capsules however on this machine are new therefore a lot more expensive than the older machines it works out over a pound a cup, which I think is expensive for home use. There are alternatives though which I'm exploring at the moment such as refilling the pods with my own ground coffee, I will update my review when I have had time to experiment with it. Where do i even start?! i used to be a Starbucks girly, I'd get all my coffees from there. I even bought ground coffee and used to brew it at home. But Nespresso hits differently! The espresso this machine makes is unbelievable and unbeatable. It's smooth and silky. I also have the frother and I love it! My (nondairy) milk is always perfect, depending on the drink recipe I'm making.

If you're looking at this item, and debating on whether or not to purchase it, it's fair to assume that you're looking for something easy and convenient, but not at the expense of quality. I have great news! The all around quality of this machine is superb, and I've owned one for quite a while now, and have plenty of experience with it.
This has been an absolute gem when it comes to getting great coffee at home! I was previously spending a fortune daily on coffee and now I make my own at home and I know itās going to be delicious 100% of the time! I couldnāt even go back to instant coffee with how good the coffee is from this little machine! Great investment for coffee lovers who donāt want to commit to an incredibly expensive machine but still want great coffee!
The great thing I love about this machine is that it is very compact and small. Great for people who don't have much bench space in their kitchen. it looks minimalistic. The performance of this machine is great. i have had mine for 5 years now and still running as good as it was new. Love that now you can buy nespresso compatible pods from the supermarket now. I also occasionally purchase the nespresso pods from the website. It is not very noisy and not all messy and very easy to use.
The nespresso Citiz is a great machine. It is a great way to get your daily espressos. I recommend Nespresso machines over the Kuerig. You can make any cafe like beverages with this machine. The machine uses their own pods just like the Kuerig which can become costly. Their are tons of roast varieties from decaf to light to intensely dark variations. Try to get the variety pack when you buy your first set, it comes with 10 different sleeves of the top flavors along with 2 decaff coffee sleeves (1 sleeve=pack of 10 pods) so you can have a taster and figure out which coffee pods you like best. Did i say they had tons of options too? Because they do!
