I take this this product first thing in the morning with a warm tea of apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, sea salt & a little honey. Talk about a caffeine alternative - perhaps B is for Buzz as well as Beneficials. I stopped for 5 days as a test, then returned to my routine. Sure enough, what I feel is real. Iām hooked!

I like New Chapter Vit B complex for two reasons: first of all the ingredients are fermented, easy to absorb; and second, the ingredients are formulated in 100% DV, except Folate and Vit B12. I recommended that supplement to my friends who take Vit B complex.

I bought these to increase energy, mood etc and increase my folate intake. However I realised shortly after purchase that these may not be suitable for people carrying the faulty mthfr gene. I didn't notice any ill effects regardless.
It is not until I stop taking this that I notice the difference! It is good for energy and overall wellness and immune function. The pills are midsized but seem to go down well. I like that they are fermented, but it is hard to see what impact that has!
Although I didn't buy it for this purpose...my nails and hair started to grow real fast after a week with my previous purchase of Vitamin B complex. I liked the results, so I reordered, and the box stated, "new look". OK but why nothing said about change in formula? Not getting the same results unfortunately.
I switched from Solgar b complex to these. For me, the Solgar seem to work better. I struggle with my limbs falling asleep in bed and I read that it may be a vitamin B deficiency. Since taking the Solgar my problem has subsided. Since switching to the New Chapter my problem is back to an extent.
I have no complaints about this product! The fermented blend is easy on my tummy and doesn't turn my urine orange like some b complexes do. I know this is a safe and clean product as New Chapter seems to be exclusively organic. No toxins, no GMO, even comes in a glass bottle - no plastic - excellent! I take it everyday in the morning and I'll continue to do so.
I have been using this product for 6 to 7 years. In the past I have tried many B complex multis. They always upset my stomach and I stopped taking them. This one is completely digestible. Probably because it is made from natural sources rather than synthesized chemicals. I even chew them and swallow with water. They taste completely natural and nutritious. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.
