Talk about a caffeine alternative - perhaps B is for Buzz as well as Beneficials. I stopped for 5 days as a test, then returned to my routine. Sure enough, what I feel is real. I’m hooked!

I bought these to increase energy, mood etc and increase my folate intake. However I realised shortly after purchase that these may not be suitable for people carrying the faulty mthfr gene. I didn't notice any ill effects regardless.

I've been taking this B complex for so many years I don't know how I would feel without it. It's Organic and naturally fermented. I like that it's so gentle that it can be taken on an empty stomach.I've used other products from New Chapter, and found this company to have high standards. I've combed through the B complexes that iherb offers (just now) , and haven't found anything sounding superior in any way. I purchase my next bottle ahead of time, to be sure that I do not run out.I love iherb for many reasons , but esp value that they give us the expiration date for every product !
Although I didn't buy it for this purpose...my nails and hair started to grow real fast after a week with my previous purchase of Vitamin B complex. I liked the results, so I reordered, and the box stated, "new look". OK but why nothing said about change in formula? Not getting the same results unfortunately.
I have been using this product for 6 to 7 years. In the past I have tried many B complex multis. They always upset my stomach and I stopped taking them. This one is completely digestible. Probably because it is made from natural sources rather than synthesized chemicals. I even chew them and swallow with water. They taste completely natural and nutritious. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.
I’ve tried the B and this is slightly different…but super effective for my energy level! Definitely worth the money because its effectiveness was fast! Size is usual. Love the quality and ingredients of this product as it’s naturally derived. For me I didn’t have any after taste.
Was NOT sent the correct product. The one listed(compare my photo to the listing) has "coenzyme" in the label name. The kne sent does not. The difference is a factor of up to 10 in the difference in vitamin amounts. With the exception of the one you can overdose on. Even if I wanted to waste money and take 10 of these, I cannot as I'd overdose on the one. Which makes this 💯 useless to me. I've been waiting a week in pain, as I need these for chronic pain, and still have nothing.
I’m skeptical when it comes to supplements. I never seem to get the results that others receive. This is the first supplement that I have ever taken that noticeably makes me feel better. After about a month of taking this I have noticed a huge difference in not only my energy levels but also my mood. This is huge. I have been on no fewer than 15 different medications for depression and anxiety over the years and this b complex does more for my mood than they ever did! Highly recommend.
