These shoes take a little getting used to, but from my first indoor run, I feel like these shoes gave me an extra bounce to each step. It took me five minutes to put the shoes on the first time I tried. I like to jump rope before starting my work and getting into my gym routine, and these were surprisingly very comfortable and light. I liked that they effortlessly helped me tip toe when jumping and the fact that they feel like they come with a slight insole to help with flat feet. I actually tested these out on a Disneyland trip. Not only where they extremely light to walk on, the mesh/product of the shoe helped with how hot and humid it was outside so it was very nice. Standing in line can cause some stress on knees and even the bottom of your feet but because of the insole and the way the shoe is shaped, it gets with balance and even lifting that strain off. I have tried several other running shoe brands and none compare to how lightweight and comfortable these running shoes are. I have only logged about 25 miles on these babies, but immediately felt the rewards of the foam design on my legs (I'm a 40 something active runner). I felt less leg fatigue and stress on my joints, especially since I have used the Nike Zoom AlphaFly Next exclusively on road runs and on the tread mill.
