Pros:- Cleaning is super easy. Non stick basket and pot makes things super simple compared to other air fryers.- I had a mini convection oven and a pressure cooker separately which took a lot of bench space. I have sold both now and use this and the extra bench space is a big plus.- Pressure cook food to make it tender, then use the aircrisp function to make it crispy. Taste is great.- Has more surface area in pot compared to the Instant Pot Airfryer (only other competitor).- Push a button and walk away.Cons:- Heavier than your standard airfryer or pressure cooker.- Two lid system, but wish there was a holder for the pressure cooker lid. Airfryer lid is fixed on.- Wish it had standard cooking timers for different meals. Not a big deal once you learn how ... MorePros:- Cleaning is super easy. Really happy with my purchase! It’s replaced so many appliances with just one! I used my brother’s Foodi a few months back when I visited the States and fell in love with it. Decided I needed to track one down for myself in NZ. I was nervous to purchase from this website since it didn’t have a great rating on Trustpilot but the item arrived as hoped! I did wind up with a big uptick in spam emails though, hence the 4 star rating. Also, the lid on the air fryer is a bit noisier than I’d like but otherwise a really great purchase.

This is my all time favourite kitchen appliance. I sautéed some onions and floured lamb fore-quarter chops, then added some diced tomatoes, and chopped vegetables, and put on pressure cooker for 20 minutes, and I had a lamb casserole where the meat was falling off the bone. Another quick meal was putting some diced chicken, French onion soup, and tin of apricot nectar, and put on pressure cook for 10 minutes, and had tender apricot chicken. Another meal, I used frozen diced steak, some curry, tomatoes, carrots, and 20 minutes on pressure cook, and had a quick beef curry. Last night I cooked a small pork roast by using pressure cook function for 20 minutes, and then added the vegetables, and used the air crisp function for 30 minutes.I enjoy cooking with this ... MoreThis is my all time favourite kitchen appliance. Cooks really well and it’s simple to use

Recently purchased Ninja Foodi, looked on line at various YouTube suggestions for first recipe and attempt to make a meal..I followed the online instructions and made a superb meal very quickly and easily. So I am very impressed with what the Foodi can do and agree this is a marvellous product…….My disappointment is that the plastic finish let’s it down somewhat with the main lid and body easily marked and scratched frustrating on first use.I also note and agree with other customers that the plastic spider for the roasting pot will not last long and is a weak point in the design. With it needing to be removed and cleaned each time it’s used it will become brittle with time and it’s fairly expensive to replace …..Overall though on the cooking front a superb ... MoreRecently purchased Ninja Foodi, looked on line at various YouTube suggestions for first recipe and attempt to make a meal..I followed the online instructions and made a superb meal very quickly and easily. Bought this as I had heard good things about it. Arrived very promptly - there was supposed to be free bakeware with it which didn't arrive & needed a bit of prompting X2 to get it. Tried it doing a number of recipes and absolutely delighted with it. I'll never bother putting a roast chicken in an oven again - superbly succulent & a far better taste. Needs a little experimentation with timings amounts of liquids etc, but overall absolutely delighted with it & starting to experiment with more & more different recipes. I had bought an air fryer before & was disapointed - made me delay this purchase - would have been so much simpler if I'd just bought one of these. For simplicity & quick cooking of tasty recipes you can't go wrong.

Turned out to be a pleasant mistake. Saw it online, thought it was a 3.7 litre pressure cooker machine, which we thought might be good for our van. Obviously didn’t read it right, and only realised after I purchased it that it was the air fry basket, I didn’t realise it had an air fryer function as well. Anyway, long story short, we now have just the one machine at home instead of a pressure cooker and an air fryer. So far it has worked really well, with no problems with the pressure cooker and the air fryer. Compared to our previous multi cooker, the only downside at this stage is that it hasn’t got any preset programs for say rice or beans etc. But it is easy to use and as I say I only have a lid to store not a whole other machine.😊

Great product

I bought this item after hearing many raves about how good it is. So naturally I had to try it for myself and I LOVE IT!! It really is that good. I love everything about every function it contains. I’m still in the testing recipes stage but I love experimenting with it. If there is a downfall to this then it is the fact that I have to store the separate lid when not in use but it’s a major issue. If you haven’t got one already you need to get one it’s that good.

Purchased this product as I wanted something that could do multiple dishes and reduce cooking times and fat content in our meals. The air crisp function is fantastic. Crispy fried styled food without the fat or oily residue. Extremely impressed. The ability to cook in layers is also very handy and I have done a few meals with rice based on the bottom and meat on the rack. Cooks very well although I am still working on getting used to cooking times.A roast flat bird takes half the time and comes out with much less fat than my previous way of cooking in the oven.As time is always short with meal times this cooker has Definately achieved its outcome for us - I can cook something faster and easier than buying take away - which was what we have done in the past.Slow ... MorePurchased this product as I wanted something that could do multiple dishes and reduce cooking times and fat content in our meals. The air crisp function is fantastic. The slow cooked food is just as good as for a dedicated slow cooker without the need to mess another pan for browning. The item itself is bulky and does take up a bit of bench space and if using the pressure function you do need to be mindful where the air vent is pointed ( under cupboards etc.)We live in a caravan so I can’t really leave it out on our limited bench space. We only cook for 2.5 people and it is big enough for that but if you had a bigger family you would want a bigger cooker.I can only really do 2 layers of cooking as it is t very big. If you wanted to cook more layers you would need a bigger cooker.Cleaning of the removable inner pit and accessories is very easy and the non stick so far has been flawless. Only criticism is you need to use a screw driver to remove the mesh to clean the air crisp lid when it builds up with oils for etc from the cooking process.IOverall I am VERY happy with my purchase.

Ninja foodie is definitely a great buy. There are both pros and cons to it but the pros do out weigh the cons. I am disabled parent and it has made my life so much easier. Food not only cooks great but also cooks a lot quicker. It really is all you need, for me and my daughter I can pretty much do full meals in one go in it. It’s extremely easy to clean the pot. Nothing sticks at all, I messed up once and burnt food at the bottom as it didn’t have enough liquid yet came of easily. I would be lost without it now and barely use my cooker at all as this is far better. Nothing sticks at all, I messed up once and burnt food at the bottom as it didn’t have enough liquid yet came of easily. I would be lost without it now and barely use my cooker at all as this is far better. There is somewhat of a learning curve to it, both in using it, how to use it In general and how to get the best outcome and timing. It’s great as it cooks things amazingly quickly and far quicker than the oven. Unfortunately over cooked things a few times as miss estimated timing. Once you get use to it though you won’t want to be without. it is big, bulky and heavy, The frying lid is annoying also when it’s not needed. These things obviously are a issue even more so when you have a small kitchen. Other thing is the power lead on it is very short it meant I couldn’t put it where I wanted to and struggled for counter top space which could fit both size, lid and extra short lead. It also states you are not allowed to use extension lead with them. last con is cleaning the lid with heating element, after a while using it grease etc builds up behind the guard/ around the edge of where the heating element and fan are, when speaking to ninja and asking about cleaning there I was told you can wipe clean the guard but cannot clean the edge behind it, that Cleaning the edge behind the guard can cause damage and stop it working then if you have used a brush or something behind to clean it and something happens you loose your warranty. I’ve unfortunately had to replace mine due to a error/ fault of it saying that the pot is not in place when it is, i have seen others writing that they have experienced the same issue also. Luckily this happened just before i Was out of warranty. Literally only had a few weeks - month and I would have been out of warranty so it was quick replacement but worries me it will happen again. especially that if it happens again, but out of warranty so they won’t replace. Despite the issue I have with space I confess I took the opportunity of the replacement to upgrade to the the bigger version as although i really don’t have space in my kitchen I use it constantly and did wish whilst cooking in some instances that it was bigger, if have others here that it was bigger etc. I’m glad replacement / delivery is so quick also as it was missed when I didn’t have it/one, the ease and quickness of it. going back to using my oven had me sulking. Despite the cons I wouldn’t be without now, it’s made cooking so much easier especially with my health issues. Even after owning this for just under a year I’m still learning new things. My ninja foodie max has arrived today so will be trying that out for the first time tonight. This was available when I got my foodie, it’s a shame that not all products are available in the uk.
