the first time i used still product you really feel the peppermint tingly on your scalp and back. Peppermint smell is powerful but dont worry your hair wont smell like peppermint the next day. It does have a natural peppermint smell. The shampoo is easy to use it lathers up nicely and remove well oils and product built up. I do feel like my hair was more shiny and healthy looking after using the product for 30 days. I only noticed a slight decrease in fallouts. If you have thinning hair i do recommend these products, i feel like it helps keep your hair strong and thick and improving your scalp health. I used this shampoo for several weeks in order to see if I would benefit from said benefits. My scalp felt tingly after working it it, and my hair felt clean, as if I had used a clarifying shampoo. I do have to admit that my hair did feel a little dry but the conditioner that came with it made it feel hydrated and soft. One of the biggest things that I noticed was how the shampoo reduced the amount of hair loss I was used to losing in the shower. I saw a significant reduction of of about 85%. I received the Nioxin System 1 (3 pieces) for free for testing purposes. These are my own opinions. First, I’d like to share that I’ve been using the 3 piece set (shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment) for a little over a month. I do not shampoo my hair daily and I try to go as many days as possible in between washes. That being said, I still saw some results in the short amount of time I used this product. I continue this all over my head. Comb-part-spray. I massage this product into my head and then style as usual. Ever since having kids (7 years ago) my hair has gone from crazy thick to thinning. It’s depressing and scary. I’ve collagen and biotin but I didn’t notice much of a difference. After using Nioxin for this short amount of time, I’m already seeing baby hairs!!! I’m hoping it’s new growth and not breakage. It looks like new to me. I wish this campaign was longer so I could have more time to know for sure. I’m happy with the results. When I finish this set, I may bump up to system 2.

I've ordered the Nioxin System 1 Shampoo 33.8 fl. oz. through Walmart at least four times, and I've been happy with the quick delivery, careful packaging (no leaking of product), and great pricing. This is my husband's go-to shampoo. He likes how it cleans his hair and scalp. He's not sure if it has slowed thinning since he's been using it for years and doesn't know if not using it would have meant greater thinning. Regardless, he likes the shampoo.
Since using this I have not noticed any difference in my hair. I still lose a lot but not making any big difference in appearance. I like this shampoo because a little goes a long way. A 300ml bottle does for about 5 months and I wash my hair every 2-3 days, very oily hair and my hair feels cleaner after using this and have managed to cut down on my hair washing.
I’ve been a loyal user of Nixon for many years now. It is a wonderful product. It tingles as you are using it and gives you the feeling of revitalization. It cleanses your hair and scalp while giving your hair a lift. I have read several articles about the best products to help with hair loss and Nioxin is always at the top of the list. Definitely recommend!
Since using this I have not noticed any difference in my hair. I still lose a lot but not making any big difference in appearance. I like this shampoo because a little goes a long way.
