My 13 year old son received the electric scooter for Christmas 2023. He loves it! It arrived about a week after ordering it. It was well packaged, very easy to put together & charges fairly quickly. I'm a kid at heart & I even rode it through the neighborhood. It's easy to operate, maneuver & balance. It also folds down easily for storagepurposes & is easy to lift the bar back up to its original position. The price was amazingfor what you get. It was so good we ordered a second one after Christmas for my step sons birthday in January. I would definitely recommend! It's great transportation for my two teenagers!

I would rent Lime scooters all the time to get around because it was easier then driving my car in my area . ive saved so much money already and this scooter is great. fast , reliable and easy to use. great scooter for a downtown area with lots of traffic i get to my Destination so much quick on the scooter.

I wasn’t sure which scooter to purchase for my son; there was so many to choose from! But I decided to go with this one based on speed and mileage. I absolutely luv it! The quality is great. It felt sturdy and it picked up great speed. I actually got this for my 7 year old even though it’s for adults, it worked out because of his height. He loves this item and wants to ride it everyday. I would highly recommend this item. He’s had it for about 2 weeks now without any complaints.

I got this scooter about a month ago. It was on sale for 230 and it shipped in 2 days. The scooter is extremely well made and well worth my purchase. I purchased this scooter because I refused to pay parking at work, so I park my vehicle about a mile away from my job and hop on my scooter. It’s super fun to ride and I love the brightness of the back light. I gave it 4 stars because it goes super slow uphill/incline. Other than that, it’s a fantastic scooter! It charges quickly, and it also has a cool lock feature! I finally learned how to fold it, which makes it easier to carry and put in my car. I highly recommend!!
Great scooter especially for the price. I use mine to go on bike trails or to just cruise through the neighborhood. It's sturdy and I don't feel like it's going to fail on me when going through rough streets/gravel. It has a good front light and brake lights, so I never feel like I'm invisible to drivers around me. Definitely not for longer trips though (6+ miles) and if you do plan on using it for that just be sure you have the ability to charge.

I have a compact Crossover style EV vehicle and I was searching high and low for a scooter with smaller dimensions that would fit in the back without folding seats over…My use case is to park my EV at free charging stations and scoot the short distance to/from…I already had a Segway E45 before getting my EV but it won’t fit without folding seats down and I don’t want to regularly do that… As seen in picture this scooter fits perfectly and is relatively light weight… I had the KQi3 Pro before and returned it because of how heavy and bulky it was… This KQi1 Pro feels way more practical.Ride quality is excellent. Package showed up beat up. Opened to a very rigid well built seemed to be quality parts and tires very easy to assemble my 13yr old did it. Charged it till the light was green showing fully charged but when tried to turn it on nothing happened tried many different ways looked up videos and come to find out it was just broken never even got to ride it had to return it and wait another week for a new one to show up actually still waiting for it to get here.
Arrived in 2 days in new condition. Other than screwing in the handle bars with 6 screws the scoter was ready to ride- but I had to plug mine in before it would turn on. The tires seemed inflated enough but I wish more guidance was provided about getting those properly inflated.The scooter hits 15mph on flat ground and 20mph down hills meeting my expectations. Expect a slowdown going up hills. Solid construction although there is no suspension. Still, on roads the ride is very nice. Nearly no noise except a little hum from the electric engine.I expected mine to have the basic "color indicated" speedometer, but mine is digital indicating the speed with a number. Was cool at 1st until the neck latch broke, we sent it in for repair because it was under warranty, they have it in shop for about 2 months and tell us the part is not in, eventually we just tell them to send it back broken because it was a new item that had been used about once because we live where it snows.The scooter had about 2 miles on it when we 1st sent it in for repair. They send back a scooter that looks damaged and had 60 miles on it, the company claims it was tested but the piece that needed fixed in no shape or form should have required a test drive. Started to make a clicking noise, LED was going crazy and going up to speeds of 35 MPH while just turning the power on. Wouldn’t move, had to walk it home a mile. So again it gets sent back for repair, they “repair it” and send it back to us, we get the scooter out of the box to notice it has a flat back tire so what do we do? Send it BACK again for a repair and just got it back again finally and the serial numbers do not match. Do not purchase this scooter. The company doesn’t stand on their word. They are scammers who steal your product and send you back old scooters. Absolutely pathetic customer service. They are outsourced and have TWO total people who answer the phones. They always say “I’ll let the appropriate team know and get this resolved” yet we have never been contacted by anyone higher up. This was a Christmas gift for my husband but it ended up being the gift that keeps on giving, or in this case- taking! Do not spend your hard earned money on a terrible product. The worst part of this purchase is, I did ALOT of research on it prior to buying and thought it was the best item for the price during Black Friday. I wish I spent more on a known brand. SMH
