Great Product, gives you a range of around 15-18 miles with the sports mode. Have been using it over a month now and is pretty good with control. Love its breaking, the build quality is also the best amongst this price range. The app is very east to use and can make things very easy for you. Gives you data on your rides and battery range, get software updates also, improving the breaking and range. The headlights are a projector ball light with a ring light that stays on 24/7. At night the tail light stays red, giving you better safety for someone to know you're riding the bike. Overall great experience.

The initial product is great, runs smoothly, looks great, easy to use and great run time. However we have had multiple faults with it. The first one we bought after two weeks wouldn't turn on there was no reasoning for it, it just decided it doesn't want to work. Good Guys were great and replaced it with a brand new obviously the first one had a fault. Our second scooter worked for a month until an error 3 showed up. Looked through the Manuel and it said the connecting cables were loose. We tightened them as per instructions and it wouldn't work, it then said to update the scooter through the app. Did that and it still wouldn't work. We ended up returning and getting a refund as I believe it might just be that brand constantly having technical issues.Such a shame!

However the maximum range they advertise is a complete joke. My work commute is 2.5 miles one way. I can only go 2 days with a full charge. I tested the scooter with it's ride statistics app and it did not pass 12 mile range. After testing the full battery 4 times and getting 12 mile max range, i exchanged the scooter with a new one but it did not change anything. If your expected max range level is more than 12 miles, look for other alternatives.One more con i can list is the braking. It rides the same and can do 17.5 MPH, just a tad under the 20 of the KQi3 Pro. So speed is totally fine. If you are middle aged and up, start with slower speeds and build up. I don't think there is another vehicle of this kind with such a great warranty! This is NOT A TOY - it's fun, and it transportation, but not a toy.
