Nordace Nelson - Smart Travel Backpack - Black

I've just started a new role within nursing, this has involved working between multiple basis. I needed a bag that could fit LOTS and LOTS of stuff in and could be carried in the best way to protect my back. I was really nervous about this investment but I didn't need to be. I can fit a full A5 clipboard and note pad, A full A5 diary, large A5 envelopes stuffed with paperwork. My iPad. And then there is still a huge amount of room in the main compartment. There are so many pockets for my phone, pens, water bottle, umbrella, ppe I have gone from starting this role with three bags to now using one really easy to access bag. I ordered the Nelson backpack and the Nordace Zesty Insulated bottle and I've been disappointed with the way this backpack is. This backpack keeps tipping over as it does not have a flat bottom--it keeps tilting forward even if I move the weight towards the back area of the bag. The top part of the bag is hard to get to without unzipping the whole bag and everything is a tight fit. Also the water bottle holders on the sides are virtually useless as it is way too tight and it does not have an elastic for flexibility and the inner lip should have a rubberized texture so the bottle does not fall out. This water bottle pocket needs to be taller for bigger bottles as well. The cinch tie they provide with the pocket is also useless as it does not really hold the bottle tight. Really frustrating as I like the design of this backpack--but it ends up that this is more "form" than "function" so it needs to be improved. The fabric is nice and looks and feels durable. The zipper handles makes some noise as you walk as they are not rubber/plastic coated to prevent noise. This bag fits the new MacBook M1 Pro 16 inch (2022) but is also a tight fit. I was able to fit a portable full size Logitech keyboard in my older Penguin (Munsingwear) backpack but the keyboard does not fit inside this backpack. Again everything is such a tight fit inside this bag with my Laptop, a journal, a portable mouse, one paper-back book and a light jacket. I would look at other backpacks if you want a backpack that fits more items and that does not tip over every time you put it down on the floor. You will be constantly picking up this bag and cleaning it of dirt every time you pick it up.

Great, except for the water bottle holder. They're too small to hold my Camelback water bottle. This will probably hold one of those small water bottles you buy when you buy a flat of water from Costco. A bit disappointed that these water bottle pockets are not bigger. Everything else is great. Love how it opens up really wide to get to the bottom of the bag. Lots of pockets to squirrel things away!

I bought this for my daughter as a gift to help with her new job and thoughts of college needs. She absolutely loves this backpack stating that it's got tons of storage pockets and that it's the best backpack she's ever used. I checked it over and liked it so much that I'm going to purchase one for myself for traveling!

Holy moly this backpack is perfect!!! I was expecting an adequate bag but the sizing of it, the size shape and placement of all the little pockets, build quality, it's all brilliant!!! An incredibly well thought out bag!!!!!!!! Worth every cent and more!

Can i just ask how big of acomputer can you fit in it ???
