I can’t swallow pills so this was prefect for me. My kids and I take it spoonful at a time. Tastes like oil but no nasty after taste which was a plus. We sometimes drink juice or something right after to mask the oily taste in our mouths but not always.
I absolutely love this product - don’t ever stop making it. I noticed a huge difference in my mood (much happier, more clear minded, positive) in just a couple of days - I feel so much better. I am very grateful - thank you!!!!
My friends use this double omega for their parents. It is suitable for the older age, have a great impact to health in general, to brain, muscles memory, skin, heart and hair as well. The quality of package of this brand is always great, with no fish taste, but smells with lemon.
