I think this is a very good supplement. Omega-3 is essential, especially when you don't like fatty fish, like salmon. This product has no bad additives and no bad taste. Sometimes it's a little bit difficult for me to digest this, but this might be due to my own digestion. I used to have no problems with this at all. Very good supplement and good quality.

Nordic naturals makes high quality omega 3 supplements. I feel confident in the quality of this product . It is non gmo and third party purity tested. It contains 690 mg of total omega 3 from anchovies andsardines per 2 soft gels. It is in the triglyceride form which I feel is the most natural form to obtain. This is a good maintenance dose. Omega 3 supplementation can help with inflammation. There is a natural lemon flavor which isn't bad but I had some mild reflux from it. I think Nordic Naturals has some of the best omega 3 products on the market. I will continue to purchase this.

I have been using Nordic naturals omega3s for years.The gel caps of Nordic are usually very soft and can be pressed easily.However, this time around, the gel caps were extremely HARD and felt artificial. Also I could feel that the absorption and effects were poor because of this.Considering the premium price, I will NOT order Nordic again and instead will go back to Carlson labs.Disappointing purchase from Nordic.

Now I have like a little tight feeling in my chest and I feel more of my heartbeat. Thank goodness that my Mom is a retired RN Nurse! She said to be sure that I check with my doctor first, next time that I get anything like this OTC next time. But give it time to come out of your system. I'm just nervous because I take other medicine to. And she told me that vitamins are okay. But this is not a vitamin so check with your physician first! I got scared and threw them away but if you take them without advice and start feeling funny, do not throw them away. Take them to your Doctor and confess to your faults.
