The omega supplement is good in quality with good smell, small size and without heavy metal. It’s good for my school age kids whose brain develops quickly. The package is nice. It really benefits my children who are concentrated on their work after taking them.
So, I took it. I prefer the oil myself. Seems more absorbable — just my thinking. I look for the highest amount of omegas I can find.But you should study and research all the brands and forms, what they are made of and where they come from.
Good quality omega supplement suitable for adults and elderly without swallowing problem. It doesn’t have fishy smell. Packaging was great. The dosage is high so one-2 cap per day would be sufficient.
I have been using this product for years, on and off. No fishy smell. I don’t really notice a lemon flavor or smell either, it just smells and tastes like nothing to me. Does not give you fishy burps or aftertaste either. Quality of the product has been good, but I have provided a lower star review because the last two bottles I’ve received have arrived all clumped together, and has been very difficult to pull capsules apart. I didn’t notice any broken capsules, though.
Love Nordic naturals. No fishy butps when taking Nordic natural compared to other brands . I don't know why. And I love it comes in mini gel. size as the regular omegas are too huge for me.
I struggle hard to get small sized capsules, so this size is excellent, quality is excellent. It has a slight lemon scent and tease, there was no unpleasant aftertaste.The ingredients is very good for omega and vitamin D together ,I hope they do mini soft gel for omega 3-6-9 too.
Capsules are small enough to swallow. But ideally can be smaller. No fishy taste even if chewed in the mouth. A bit expensive though. Fast delivery. Essential supplement for general health. Benefits the serum cholesterol levels and heart.
