I've used it a few times. It took a few bakings to get the "feel" of it and how to center it on a cookie sheet in the oven. And, it works well when I have overflow for some of my bread recipes, as I usually bake up 3 or 4 at a time.

I was so excited about these pans but what a disappointment. I have yet to use these without them sticking and ruining my creations. I’ve tried greasing them, greasing and flouring, using baker’s joy, all to no avail. After only a couple uses the finish is coming off.

I bought this to make cutting easy. Super wasy to cut with ridges from the pan and makes a very pretty cake/bread for icing.
This is a great pan and the almond cake recipe printed on the packaging was amazing. The pan is non stick and makes the nicest cake. I use Nordic Ware pans regularly in my baking business so I trust their brand. I am very happy with this purchase.
Nordicware produces made-in-America quality pans. They also provide recipes. The regular flours and the gluten-free products, combined with the pans, always make finished item look and taste spectacular. This pan makes the 5th Nordicware I have purchased. I have used my Bundt cake pan since the 80's. Very good stuff.
Even after greasing it the way it was instructed there was still sticking. Have to use a sheet pan underneath it didn't fit right on the oven rack. I expected a weightier pan.
When I received the Loaf Pan, I thought it might be too flimsy to give good results. Boy was I wrong!! It's great! Cinnamon Loaf released effortlessly & because it's so light, I didn't strain my shoulders flipping it over!! It comes with a delicious sounding recipe too! (Almond Bread)
I own several nordicware pans of all types, including loaf pans. I was quite shocked at how thin and light this pan is, it just doesnt feel like any of my other nordicware bakeware. I'm sure it will work fine, but doubt it will last like my other pieces have.
the recipe provided is fabulous - BELIEVE THEM when they say let the cake COOL COMPLETELY - this detailed mold REALLY HOLDS ONTO the cake. be generous with grease and flour and it will release. FABULOUS with both the almond flavor (as written) or lemon zest. QUICK to make - and a BIG HIT
