I really like this bread pain. It is sturdy, washes well, and cooks evenly. I expect it will last many years. It is not coated to be non-sick which is good for me because I did not want that feature. I like to lightly grease and flour my bread pans and when I do this, I have no issues with sticking. This is the second pan I have purchased because I like the first one so much.

Placing the order was easy; delivery was spot-on. I love Nordic Ware because it is beautifully and intelligently designed. It is easy to clean even though there is no "mystery-chemical" non-stick coating; no need to replace it the way I had to do when the coating on my previous pans started to chip off into the bread. Nordic Ware is therefore the most attractive, healthiest, and convenient option.

I know I can rely Nordic Ware for good baking equipment, and these loaf pans are no exception. They are substantial in weight and the aluminum provides even baking. My special meat loaf recipe is even better when I use these because it arrives from the oven nicely browned and cooked to my taste throughout.

I love my pans when I make my bread or some cakes that call for a loaf pan. I always have different sizes I don’t have any that are the same size so now I have three or four I don’t remember what I bought but they are the same size and they’ll cook the same amount of time

I Saw A Wirecutter Article For The Best Bread Pans And I Was Like "It Couldn't Possibly Be Any Better Than My Nordic Wear One" And It Was Actually For This Same Bread Pan. This Is The Stuff We Use In Food Service. It Literally Can't Rust Cuz Aluminum Doesn't Do That. You Can Scrub The Crap Out Of It, Or More Accurately Burned On Food Off Of It, And It Will Get Scratched But Not Damaged. It's Not For Being Fancy, It's For Being Put Through It's Paces And Not Being Fazed In The Slightest. If You Buy This, You Will Only Have To Replace It If You Lose It. Or Take A Blowtorch To It. It's Not Nonstick So You Will Have To Grease It. But You Won't Get Teflon In Your Bread Either.

Best loaf pan ever!

I have several baking pans by NordicWare and I LOVE them for even baking! I was using another pan (prior to this purchase) made by WIlton and continued to have issues baking Banana Breads (it wouldn't cook evenly nor completely through). I've had NO issues since I changed to the NordicWare pans! Loved it so much I purchased a second and I donated the old crappy Wilton pan that was the source of many ruined Banana Breads!

I like the aluminum, size and quality of this bread pan. I purchased 3 of them and baked banana nut bread and it baked quickly and the loaves were very nice. They washed up beautifully by hand as suggested. Worth the money.

I love the product I bought from you. This bread loaf pan is the best one I have ever used. When I make my breads using your brand of pans, they do not burn at the bottom of the pan. Most pans I have used in the past have always burned at the bottom which has always frustrated and angered me but this one is great. I totally recommend this pan to other bakers out there.

I use these all the time. I've baked bread, loaf cakes, half batches of fruit crumbles, lasagna, and meatloaf in these. So long as you grease them, everything releases cleanly, and they wash beautifully.

Natural Aluminum is best for baking because it has superior heat conductivity, which ensures evenly browned results. This pan will never rust. Non-stick and dark pans will rust over time and do not deliver the quality results I demand in baking pans. Other brands of aluminum pans are flimsy and do not hold up to long term use.
