Nordic Ware Naturals Big Sheet Pan

We had been using old brown baking sheets- why?? These arrived and sheet pan dinners, cookies etc! Used our game with these beauties. They are absolutely stunningly professional.

We love our baking sheets. We have half-sheets for cookies and roasting veggies. The quarter-sheets are perfect for many toaster ovens, or just baking something to two diners. Easy to clean up, never bend due to heating (like cheap ones do), and really even cooking!

Im so happy with this baking sheet. It is great quality and cleans easily without rusting. Im excited to buy another once holiday baking season starts. This sheet pan allows 2 dozen of cookies with room to bake.

All of our old sheet pans were rusting and destroyed…I should have picked these up a long time ago. I have only been using them for a few weeks but so far they are standing up to the oven and the food! I bought 2 of each size so I should be set for a long time!

Doesn’t warp. Solid construction. With silicone mat and perfectly-fitting oven-safe rack? Utterly useful. Only one quibble: the little silicone footies on the bottom of the rack fall off in the dishwasher, and get chewed up. (Remove before washing.)

They were completely warped and discolored after putting them in the dishwasher. The description notes that discoloration will occur if placed in the dishwasher, but unfortunately, I did not see that until after my husband had washed them in the dishwasher. I would not recommend or purchase this product again based on that alone. The company should make this warning more obvious to the buyer. The sheets look absolutely terrible after the first use—a total waste of money.

I only just got these pans and haven't used them at high temperatures yet, so I can't vouch that they won't buckle. Hence the 4 stars. But they're very sturdy and beautiful and the heat transfers well and evenly.And the rack inside is fantastic!. Allows things to brown underneath and they make terrific bakery cooling racks as well!

If your oven is big enough, buy it!

Large enough to roast a 15 lb spatchcocked turkey on Thanksgiving. Sturdy and reasonably priced. At age 83, I have added this to my list of regrets: I wish I'd bought one of these decades ago. :-)

Nordic Ware Natural Big Sheet Baking Sheet

Originally purchased one of these in store. Went back to buy another but they were out. Found this one which I thought was the exact same one online. When it arrived I noticed upon inspection that the face on the sheet had been stamped with "Nordic Made in the USA", along with their logo. This was NOT on the original one I purchased in store NOR was it pictured with this online. It ruins part of the cooking surface of the sheet. I would NOT have purchased it if I had know this was on it. Also I have tried several times now to upload 2 pictures and the site won't let me because it first told me I exceeded the limit. which was ridiculous because I didn't even get one photo loaded. and secondly because I exceeded the time limit which was less than 5 seconds. Ridiculous.

Outstanding Sheet Pan

Substantial, heavy duty, sheet pans. I will use them in meal preparation and for placement under appliances that get hot while cooking is underway. I received some small appliances for Christmas that I am not yet familiar with. If they get too hot during cooking, I will keep using this pan between the appliance and my wood surfaces.
