Nice pan. Sturdy. I make many oven pan recipes and I had to throw my old pan away as I couldn't clean the scorch marks. This pan will do the trick.

Nice sheet pans; solid upgrade from the old stained ones. No problems at all and fit perfectly in my 27 inch oven. (We use precut parchment most of the time, facilitated cleanup and is a nice surface for roasting/baking).
These are so worth the price. They're not like your typical baking sheets. They are very strong and sturdy. I highly recommend them.
I love these pan/trays. They beat S/steel hands down. Thick aluminium distributes the heat evenly. The best roast potatoes!

Oh, man, I have looked for one of these forever. It is most excellent for baking/roasting in my toaster oven. The performance of it is pure Nordic Ware; I was so disappointed when my local kitchen store shut down at the beginning of COVID. Now I shop often from Everything Kitchens, and they really fill the bill for me.
I am getting rid of all of my old baking sheets and replacing them with these. I love the look of them. I love the prism texture which is not only beautiful, but helps to keep the temperature more even. The design doesn't not make it difficult to clean. So happy with his purchase.
I love the Nordic Ware pan. I make a cracker cookies that has butter, sugar and pecans on top of club crackers. The pan hold 52 crackers and bakes great. The pan cleans up very easy. The pan I used to use was an air cushion and couldn't be dipped in water to clean. I live in 2 homes and planned on taking the pan back and forth but got a second one so I can leave one at each place.
