Nordic Ware Naturals Baker's Half Sheet

I love the Nordic Ware Natural Commercial line of bakeware. I have several cookie sheets of various sizes as well as other pans. They are sturdy yet lightweight, they have never warped, and turn out consistently good results. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! It will discolor these pieces, which doesn't impact the performance, just looks awful. They wash easily, though, and I have sheets I've had for several years from this line that look as nice as newer pieces. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed. Dimensions posted were interior tray dimensions. Overall size is larger and did not fit my small oven. That said, return to store was made super easy by thoughtful associate who went to great lengths to make this transaction.

The size is perfect for my baking needs. They are durable, slide nicely into the baking rack, oven or fridge. Perfect for cooling racks and bulk fermenting sourdough bread. I have had the pans and the bakers rack about a month now and I love it! A huge improvement to my home bakery.

Just what I needed. My older sheet pans were looking a little tough so I needed more that were sturdy and easy to clean. They get a regular workout. I typically use a silicon mat but the pans are still easy to clean. Love them!

We usually purchase this brand when we do our Target shopping. We have several different sizes of these. They have lasted us for a long time and still perform as well as they did when we first got them. We use them for cookie baking and Dino chicken nuggies. For the most part they are easy to clean. These would make a perfect gift for a newlywed couple.

Aluminum half sheet pan bakes evenly, washes easy

I was looking for something to replace my non stick baking pans. They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly.People recommended that I get aluminum and I am glad I listened. I really like using this aluminum baking pan.I use the half sheet pan for baking many things: Potatoes, French fries, vegetables, meats, desserts, etc.I also like to take pieces of frozen cookie dough and bake them. So easy for a great tasting dessert.The food bakes evenly and browns nicely. There is no pan warping.Clean up is very easy. Tip: Dont let baked on food cool on pan.I like that they are made in USA.I highly recommend this sturdy bakers half sheet pan. Its also sold at a great price.

Best cookie sheets!!!

I have several cookie sheets that are more expensive, but, as an experienced baker, I love these so much more! When I bake cookies, the more expensive cookie sheets warp. When they go in the oven, you can hear and see them pop. After that, 2 diagonal corners warp up and 2 corners pop down. The cookies also brown too much on these more expensive cookie sheets. These Nordic Ware half sheet pans are professional quality, don't warp and brown evenly, all for a great price! I only use these for baking homemade cookies. You go to all the trouble to make homemade cookie dough, believe me, you want great cookie sheets. Love them! I got them online, and love shopping Walmart online!

Doesn't fit in my GE oven

Warning: measure carefully! Sadly, the half-sheet doesn't fit in my standard GE oven. I bought a three-piece set & thus cannot return the half-sheet. My oven shelves curl upwards in the back instead of being flat, so fitting the sheet pan fully into the oven pushes the back end of the sheet up over the curled portion, tipping the sheet pan, causing the pan juices to spread unevenly & likely overflow. Rating: service, delivery, & quality excellent, but for me, value = zero if I cannot use it :(

Nice pans; exactly as advertised

These pans are excellent, exactly as advertised. NB the little logo is raised and eventually may be tricky to keep clean or may make on imprint or dough or some such thing. Not a problem for me though!

Well made pans - made in the USA!

I was WAY overdue for new baking sheets. What better time to get new ones than before Thanksgiving and Christmas with all the baking we do during that time? I'm very happy with the two I bought. Searched a while for the right ones and trusted America's Test Kitchen's recommendation of this pan. Not easy to find just anywhere, either. Wasn't at the store with the three B's! Happy to find out Walmart had them! Although America's Test Kitchen reported that all the baking sheets they tested (including this one) warped temporarily, most returned to their normal shape after being out of the oven. Well, this one HAS NOT warped. I kept expecting to hear that funny sound once the pan was in the oven, but it's done fine!
