Impressed with this product. It’s fits well & so far after a few long rides feels solid & comfortable. It was priced reasonable, clicking in & out of pedals is quick & easy enough doesn’t requires a lot of effort. Happy with it overall.

Great minimalist SPD MTB shoe as seem quite robust, modern design and lines and super quick and simple to get into and out of. Seem true to size and offer a wide version if required 👍🏻

These are comfortable and attractive shoes, with a sleek profile and good quality materials. I have a wide foot and they are one of the few brands that fit me properly. The dial adjustment system works really well. For a mid-range shoe, they feel reasonably stiff and are not too heavy (~820 g with SPD cleats fitted).

Better than expected quality. Comfortable fit - even with one dial. Yet to take it out on the road but tested on Zwift indoor cycle for 30mins. Didn't even realise they were new shoes!! Size 44 for a broad 9.5 foot. Like the quick release which is why I stick with Northwave! Look strong. Look ventilated though not sure what they might be like on a hot day? I rode indoors with no fan (it broke just before the ride) and feet, while warm, didn't feel sweaty.
good shoe, the closure system allows optimal adjustment, the sole supports the foot well on the pedals. Good price. So a nice purchase. Fast delivery. Happy!
I really wanted these shoes to work as they're pretty decent value, especially on sale. I was willing to accept their elderly orthopedic appearance in exchange for a wide MTB SPD platform that didn't require spending $300, but they run small and are indistinguishable from a "normal" width in the toe box. I do like the fact they're reasonably stiff, but that's about where it ends. I used NW's sizing recs, which shows a 45 for a US 12.
I bought NW mtb shoes having had a great pair of tri shoes. The fit is accurate and comfortable out of the box. I’ve been riding with these now for a few months and the outer material doesn’t wear well. Several cracks/breaks in the material where it’s now peeling. Compare this to my previous Specialized mtb shoes (still in use on the turbo) which I’ve had for several years and the outer is still in pretty good shape. Overall, a 3-star review: good comfort, poor quality.
I bought these shoes for my gravel bike as I already own a pair of Northwave extreme gt2 shoes for my road bike, and they fit my feet superbly. I'm a UK size 9 so opted for the EUR 43 size shoe, which equates to a UK size 9.5, and the fit is perfect, the 42 would equate to a size 8.5 and would be too small. The shoes are extremely well built with a sturdy sole, which is what I wanted for my gravel rides where I need to walk and carry my bike. They are light for such a sturdy shoe and only 80 grams heavier than my carbon-soled road racing shoe. I have used them on many rides, on roads/gravel/grass/mud and in all weathers and can say that they are really comfortable and highly practical for my needs. The dial boa style closure ensures a snug fit, and the micro adjust feature is excellent as you can do it easily as you ride along with just a push of a button. They are easy to clean too thanks to the materials used. I recommend these shoes for anybody wanting a quality, light-weight, comfortable shoe for gravel biking/MTBing/cycle-touring.
I had been looking for a new pair of shoes to replace my old Privateers. These shoes are so comfy. They don't look very wide but the fit is spot on.
I'm crazy to try them, but they look great. They look robust in terms of the fabric as well as a super stiff sole. Maybe I was expecting them a tad more apt to walk ... But come on, their thing is the stiffness for pedaling. Quick and effective store service. A price much lower than in other stores.
