After looking into this supplement, I decided to give it a try ! I was mainly looking for hair growth and achy relief. Within about a week, I noticed that I was less achy, especially after intense double work outs! I can tell that my hair is growing because it’s time to move my extensions up! The only call out that I had was that this makes me extremely tired. I had to take this at night because when I took it, first thing in the morning, I was literally exhausted. MSM has been a life saver for my mother. Before started taking it, she was unable to squat ( not fully and not without holding onto something). It had been more than half a year since she started taking it. There was a brief moment of a week when she had to stop because she feared it would interfere with other medication. She notices the joint stiffness coming back on the second day. So it really works daily and fast . In between seasons when there are more issues with inflammations she also takes Boswellia with MSM. It does help the healing process to go alot faster.

I waited for a long time to review this one. I bought it for joint inflammation after reading a book about it and had high hopes. Well, after one month of 4-5mg per day, it didn't do anything and I stopped taking it. Having said that, the amount of inflammation I have is very high. However, I noticed very quickly that it almost erased spots on my chest caused by sun damage. I thought at least I got something out of it! It was also a nice way to make sure that eventhough it didn't work for my inflammation, the supplement itself does work. However, soon after stopping it my spots came back. So I think NOW did all the right things regarding the supplement, but I just have no use for it. It might work for somebody else, but not for me.
