I initially started taking taurine because I am a fitness junkie but it was only a small dosage in performance supplements. After doing a bit of research I've come to realize now all the amazing benefits of this amino acid. I increased my dosage and definitely feel a difference especially in my sleep. I take taurine along with magnesium right before bed, it not only helps me sleep and feel rested when I wake but my hot flashes are nearly gone! I've been suffering from flashing since I was in my 20's, many years later I finally found some relief 🙌 I also feel less post-covid "brain fog" and more energized during the day. We have since lost the cat, and I am now adding this to my 97-year-old mother's supplement cocktail. I can't tell you that this supplement will help with decreasing sight, but I believe that it has helped me to see a little better. Even if it didn't help my sight to get better, it would be beneficial if it helped it to not get worse. I generally do a lot of research to learn about the benefit of supplements before I decide to take them.
