It is pretty good. Quite effective for opening the nostrils, but it’s not comfortable. By morning it hurts and I usually end up taking it out during the night because it hurts and I am not eager to use it two or three nights in a row. Maybe the edges should not be so sharp.

This works very well for both hubby and myself. It does have a tendency to slide out of the nostrils at times, though, but is still a VERY good thing. We have had better sleep using them for over a couple of decades now, so, for us, its a fantastic item. Love them! Easy to clean.

Really opens up the breathing.You may want to flex it together a few times before using, otherwise it's a bit stiff at the beginning and my nostrils actually got a little sore. But after 2 nights use, it's been just about perfect.After 1 month of use, it seems really durable, and they include 2 strips in the package, so I doubt I'll need to buy another one any time soon.NOTE: I don't know if it's stopped my snoring as I've been sleeping alone the past month, but I do seem to be sleeping more restfully.

I can not honestly say if this drastically improves my snoring (as I am asleep!) but it is really effective in opening up my nasal passages while I'm sleeping. It's that good that if it were invisible once in (it can't be, and to be fair, they've done their best by making it clear) I would wear it all day. I also love Breathe Right Strips, but they are trickier and don't always stick on your skin or other times they stick too much -- so NOZOVENT eliminates both problems there.my only complaints about the product are:- it's pricey-it eventually yellows and softens slightly, the latter which renders it less effective after extended use -- however it takes quite a while for these things to occur.
Super product. It stays in place when you insert each end in your nostrils and keeps the nostrils open to facilitate breathing all night long. I highly recommend it. Been using it for years. Before this, I tried another product where you simply stick a strip on top of your nose but skin naturally develops oil & that oil will make the strip fall off. The only negative is that, over time, (probably 7-8 months of wearing it every night) it curves from use and at some point, the curvature is such that it then starts to fall out of the nose sometimes. When that happens, I just start using a new one. That's probably why they come two to a pack
I have been using Nozovent for several years. It helps me to take in more air as I sleep.I use a C-Pap because I have sleep apnea and wouldn’t want to be without Nozovent.I’ve tried other products but Nozovent is my favorite.

For me, Nozovent devices are lifesavers. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, never really wanted to do CPAPs—and now that I would like to try a CPAP, I can't imagine taking a sleepover test all night at a hospital.Combined with a dental mouthpiece (it moves the lower jaw back to open up the airway), the Nozovent allows me to get a decent night's sleep. And, says my husband, he cannot hear any snoring. (On the other hand, he IS hard of hearing!) :)The only negative: they loose their rigidness sooner than I would like.
This nasal dilator does not work. It 's a hard irritating piece of plastic and falls out of your nose. Don't buy!
This product works great and I use it almost every night. The only downside is that sometimes my nose is a little sore the morning after from the pressure. However, it makes my sleep quality much better. Silicone is easy to clean.
