You’re supposed do the facial exercises (which range from 5-15 minutes) at least 5 times a week to start seeing effects. I’ve only used it for 4 days so it’s hard to discern any improvement. I do think the right side of my jaw is looking tighter and more angular and hopefully I’ll see good results in the long term. Overall, the device is beautifully designed and packaged and very user friendly. I like the app with step by step instructions and tips and tricks. There are also a ton of YouTube videos demonstrating NuFace techniques.

I have enjoyed using this product on my skin. I am still within the first 60 days and I can honestly say that I have seen no improvement, but I certainly haven't noticed my skin looking any worse. I am sure it is because I see myself every day and those I spend the most time with do not see me at all because I wear a mask all the time. I purchased this as a Christmas present to myself. I now suggest to all my friends that this is the gift to buy yourself. I am 46yo and take good care of my skin, this was a level up! It has tightened and helped count our. I am working on the contour of my cheeks and jawline, as I don’t love doing fillers. This has so far replaced my need for a filler this time around. I am not sure how much it has helped my forehead area and will still continue my dysport there. In the future I would like to try the fine line attachment to see if I can also back off the dysport/botox. The main improvement is the skin tightening and texture. I try to use at least 3-4 times a week and feel that is when I get the best benefits. I am so happy I finally purchased the Nuface Trinity!!

I've only used the red light a couple of times and I'm sure I will see a difference when I begin to use it more regularly. I haven't used the lip and eye attachment with any regularity so far but I'm sure it will also yield great results. Overall, I'm very happy with the NuFACE and the products that came along with it. Although very pricey, it's cheaper than a face lift and there's NO DOWN TIME! :)
I bought this in August 21 and used this for two months religiously, all the attachments and how you are meant to use them on the videos. I didnt notice a difference back then and sent it back, but when I looked back on photos and videos I noticed an actual difference to my skin texture, it was firmer, also it was lifted and not sagging. My eyes looked bigger and it softened my jowls. I definitely reccommend this product, I even bought another one this year. The downside was the time you needed to put into it and the cost of the gel primer. Other than that, you will see results after 2 months.
