I needed to cut out 36 circles to make Christmas tree stands. I wasn’t sure if this jig saw would be able to keep up and get all 36 cut out without burning up the motor. But I’ll tell you what this saw got the job done with no problems and beautiful smooth cuts! The brushless motor works amazing. I love this saw and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cordless jig saw:)

This is my first cordless jigsaw and it is awesome. I don't have to worry about any cords being in the way. The performance is excellent, didn't expect this from a cordless jigsaw. I'm using the 4ah battery and it just works great.

Awful tool. The blade is not mounted straight so I have to hold the jigsaw, at an angle just to follow the line.

Has the power to cut everything and more convenient than my corded jig saw. I subtracted 1 star because the blade sometimes came off track when cutting tough material like fiberglass.
Had purchased Ryobi P5231 Jigsaw but wanted to upgrade to their brushless model. Saved by buying on Ebay. Blade changing & toolless beveling are superior on this model are superior.
My trust in Ryobi tools drew me to adding this jig saw (the price here was also) to my collection. It does the job with ease to keep that DIY project looking good.
I am totally dissatisfied with this tool. Bought it and a set of Ryobi blades two weeks ago and used it yesterday for the first time. Needed to cut a piece of 3/4” pine. Could not cut a straight line as there is too much sideways movement in the blade receptacle. Make sure you check this out before purchasing.I will be returning mine for a refund for sure.

I can't believe that a saw with this much power is so smooth when running at full RPM. Not to mention how quiet and well built it is. I would definitely recommend this saw to anybody considering purchasing a Brushless jigsaw.
i love the speed the power to get the cuts done . in a quick precise manner . Get Jiggy with it . All and all a good buy and a great pick up .
