This phone is awesome. Although I pre-ordered it and still got it a bit late, I can still say with certainty that this is one of the smoothest phone experiences out there. I have yet to encounter a bothersome bug, however some apps may not be optimised very well for LTPO 2 or the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. This would be my second OnePlus phone and is replacing my three year old OnePlus 7 Pro. While I miss the 100% full screen of the 7 Pro, this was a very suitable upgrade. The display is great and the edges aren't as curved. The hole punch front camera is minimally distracting. Of course it is several years newer and has a fresh battery so battery life and speed is better.The default camera app is better than the 7 Pro but overall OnePlus is still behind the big names (Apple, Google, and Samsung) on their computational photography for those special magic features. But the huge space on the back for the cameras concerns me so I installed a glass cover. This made getting a case harder as some push on the glass. I am seriously done with taking any advice of any reviewer online. Their whole thing is to get free stuff. Why else would they have the fancy cameras, editing of a video, etc. No way it is just a hobby. It makes sense that if they overly bash any product, they will not get anything pretty much moving forward from that company. They are beholden to that company to a big degree. Way too many of them review these expensive items in a way that make the product feel like it is the best thing ever. YOU have to try the product for yourself, bottom line.Oh, and face unlock when you lift the phone, it is great and the fingerprint sensor is fast, but the lift to wake to face unlock on occasion does not always work. And no, I don't care to wait for updates. I did not get a 900 dollars phone to wait on it to get better over time. I need it to be incredible at that price from minute number one.
This is the first time I bought a OnePlus device. I usually carry both Apple and Android. Most of the time either Samsung or Google. The 10 Plus is a very good device. The camera takes nice pictures and has some nice built in features. The screen is very vibrant with sharp colors. The 120hz display is crisp. Although I gave this phone an overall 4 stars I did end up returning within the 14 days. I felt like I was missing something from my Samsung previously. I would still highly recommend this device for anyone looking to stay under $1k and now that the price dropped to $799 it is a really good deal.

The software that built the OnePlus community and influenced the experience that once separated OnePlus from the rest. OnePlus has lost all direction. The One Plus 10 Pro is an excellant smartphone. Being a higher end product, one rightfully expects quality andperformance. This phone delivers it. The picture quality and overall graphics are superb. The clarity of phone conversation is better than what you get on standard mid-tier phones. Battery charging is exceptionally fast. This phone has the ideal combination of a speedy battery charge and very slow discharge (sweet). I am happy with my decision to go with One Plus 10 Pro. It is likely that most, if not all, of those who choose this phone will also be quite pleased with their choice.
Good size, screen, battery, charging speed and price. Haven't really checked out the cameras to the fullest extent, but are significantly better than my note 9 on first impressions. The only real negative I have is definitely ColorOS, which is absolutely usable, but has more quirks and bugs? than I am used to. Definitely not as good as stock android, or has as many USEFUL features as Samsungs oneUI, but it is snappier than oneUI, so at least there's that. For what I purched the phone for, it's solid and should last me a good bit.

This always utilizes the 5g band for cellular as preferred and very rarely switches to lte. The battery acts as two separate batteries which allows for warp charging which it's accomplished in a fraction of what the Pixel offered for "rapid charging" this works out to a 20 minutes charge for a much larger battery vs the 2 hours on the 7a. The thermal solution on the one plus is by far superior. The fingerprint sensor works really well and rarely do i have an issue with it unlocking. The facial recognition is also great and unlike the pixel both options are present when locked. I have had very little in issues with general connectivity and setup. The home screen is very customizable and i keep finding new features that have become really useful in cars where you want to use the phone quickly without becoming distracted. The assistant and universal search make everything super easy. I have wanted s one plus for ages and so far I'm not disappointed. Everything looks great. There's a really nice gaming booster that you can also customize. The color space is customer with many different profiles and the well being apps and zen app are great for staying focused. If you want to try something different i highly recommend this phone or the 11 , which was provider than I could afford but would have been my first choice. While i read setting it up i read very surprised to find Android updates right up to the may update add sell as UI updates for the same build. Great experience 10 out of 10.
