Bought this for my son for £40 634grams in the container this should last a good amount of time as the scoop sizes are extremely small and u only need one scoop at a time. Easy to make just add to 240mls of cold water. No flavour too

I have trained for years and taken creatine on and off, mainly due to after a while i suffer bloat. With this i have no issues and retain all the benefits. It's not the cheapest, although DS has the best prices on a regular basis. I think the micronizing helps for sure and i will continue with this brand and product for as long as possible. So if you do suffer with bloat (common with some creatine) get this, still cheaper than the fancy creatine derivatives and works.

As with all ON products the Creatine is excellent, it mixes well, it is consistent and has a neutral taste without any graininess or clagging.I mix mine together with the ON strawberry gold whey protein, I am happy with both and wouldn't change back to a different brand.My only problem was the delivery and customer services, so in future I think I will either visit the high street store or use a different supplier.H&B were not the cheapest but I had considered it reliable and convenient on line.

Effective and unlike some creative is friendly on the stomach. Great price from H & B and service as always was excellent.
It's the first time I've tried this. I can't really give a full review as I've have only been taking it a few weeks. However my ankles do feel a little stronger.
Bit of a minefield out there with that many creatine products but most of ‘best creatine products’ include optimum nutrition creatine so this is the one for me from discount-supplements who I have used for years. Very reliable company. No need to go elsewhere 👍
I just opened it and I'm really disappointed with the quality. It has a really strong plastic smell and even mixed with water you can smell it. That's not an natural taste at all. I can't trust this product. That was a waste of money.
Always trust Protein Package to deliver quickly and everything is always packaged very neatly so never get any damaged products like I've had with other supplement sellers online. This Optimum Creatine is also very good quality and mixes well in water, juice or my per4m whey.
Within one week of using two scoops a day, I noticed my muscles were much more full and I had a lot more endurance suddenly. I definitely recommend taking two scoops per day though as these benefits were much less pronounced when taking one scoop.
after a week of loading phase I can already feel a little pump and I noticed increase of strength. Product mixes well with protein shake, I think it's working and see desired effects.
