Loosely packed in a large box for teeny-tiny bit of items. The creatine probably went through several bouts of concussive trauma on the way to me but that shouldn't affect the product quality(fingers crossed). What I am worried about is the temperature of the products, they felt positively warm when they arrived. And that could MAYBE jeopardize the contents. Iunno, I'm no nutrition expert. I'll probably buy directly from store outlets next time, but who's to say their stock don't go through the same concussions and heat \"treatment\" mine did eh? ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

Amazing!

Amazing stuff. Gets circulation all properly going through your body. Also made me visible look stronger and leaner muscle wise all over my body. Taking it everyday 2 scoops with in a regular bottle of water. Also put my endurance and energy up. I used to have bad circulation in my fingers and feet from time to time and this healed it. Cannot recommend this stuff. Also mentally makes you feel great. Quick delivery from here too and a great price. Bought it about 2 months ago and still got some left and will continue to buy from Holland and Barret.

I was very reluctant to buy creatine as I have taken multiple vitamin complements already.But as I have intensified by workout routine, I decided to buy this product. A second reason was it has indications that creatine helps with your brain health.I am taking 3-5 grams per day and I don’t know if it is a placebo effect but I feel energized to work out. It is too early to give any feedback on performance, muscle gain, etc., but I will update this review soon.It does not have taste, and 90% of the product dissolves in the water – the very small powder in my mouth does not bother me. The only drawback is that it does not come with a measuring cup, thus, the 4 stars.

Great Product

This is a great product. I bought it along with the pro complex gainer from this brand. Both products are amazing and effective to me. It improves my strength during exercise immensely and immediately. The product is high quality with a good size for the price. It lasts for quite a long time to me. Both products from this brand has great packaging as the bottle is not just cheap plastic. I will buy continue buying both products from ON as they are extremely high quality.

The creatine mixes well with protein shake, but since it is a bit more grainier than the protein, need to shake it a bit longer than usual for it to mix well. indeed unflavoured. Can't taste it at all.After about one week I started noticing some effects.
