Life changing!I love to add it in with my oats in the morning and create a mug cake recipe, using some almond milk or water with banana or other fruits and a dash of baking powder.

Love the taste of it and it isn't clumpy. Doesn't leave a weird coating on your teeth like alot of protein powder do. The chocolate ones are the best if you have a sweet tooth 😊
