I was given these ON Superior Amino 2222 Tabs to review. I am NOT disappointed. I noticed results within the first 2 weeks of this product arriving. The packaging is super simple to use and states that these tabs are easy to swallow. While I didnt suffer too many issues trying to swallow one whole I do recommend making sure you have enough water in your mouth to coat the product before taking it down. I do feel as though my muscles are developing more but the amount of times you have to take these tabs is a bit much. 4 for a workout and 2 before eating each time came out to be about 10 a day. I ended cutting that dosage in half and still saw results.

This supplement is a must have for all vegetarians or anyone who cares about their health over all. Very health-helpful and I highly suggest it. Noticeable difference in energy & mood.I take it everyday & tell all my friends about it!I would give 5 stars, but DANGGGGG who the heck can swallow TWO HORSE sized pills daily and not run the risk of one getting stuck in a persons throat? Two pills are listed as the serving amount for the 2222 mg . I have had two close calls with these pills and then I skip several days debating whether to toss them or drink warm water prior to relax my throat, or start grinding them in my coffee grinder.(Was this review of use to you?
