Basic phone l, exactly what I wanted for my 11year old. No access to apps. Just phone calls and texts

Brought 2 of these and always had issues. 1. Automatic setting phone reverts to private number (no caller I.D) so have to always check the ID is on 2. The texting is absolutely exhausting. To change from caps to normal requires steps and phone has no messaging shortcuts at all, not even simple things like holding the button to get the number, everything needs to be manually changed, waste of time. First phone wouldn’t call, then fixed that, then it stopped receiving calls. So retired that phone and started using my husbands one as he went back to his smart phone. Now the battery won’t charge on this phone and I can’t use the loud speaker function. I’ve literally had these phones for less then 2 months and barely used them!!!!! Maybe I just had a bad experience? Back ... MoreBrought 2 of these and always had issues. 1. Automatic setting phone reverts to private number (no caller I.D) so have to always check the ID is on 2. Bought this from a post office over 3 years ago. Has lasted longer than any smartphone I've owned. Definitely recommend the brick phone lifestyle for anyone who wants to experience life to the fullest. This little gem of a phone is really cheap, and worth every dollar.

Great little mobile

This is a great little phone, easy to manage, now in retirement I have found I do not need a mobile as much, so it is a good standby.

Great overall handset

The phone has many things right and works almost perfect. Long battery, crystal clear speaker and good screen resolution is its biggest advantages compared to other feature phones. But Bluetooth is so slow that it cannot play any song fully, keyboard is also another problem that make a little annoying when typing a message. Overall it is a good phone. Highly recommended.

My 95yo Mum has no trouble answering this phone. Yay!! (Swiping a smart phone was hit and miss.....more misses than anything). Only negative with this phone is the sound is scratchy and distorted.
