The texture is there but it's not very tasty. I wouldn't purchase this again.
Unsure why someone else reviewed this so poorly. Love this stuff. So versatile and an excellent replacement for egg if you're looking to make omelettes or to add to quiches. Tasteless? Maybe, but I always add some salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the mix before cooking it. Rule of thumb: Use twice as much water for the amount of vegan easy egg used, (e.g. 1 cup easy egg, 2 cups water) and add a splash of oil. I love it. It's a hit with my kids too.
