Tablet is very large. Have to cut in half before taking. I found chewing them was much better though maybe not such a good idea especially if they are meant to be slow acting.

I have low Vit D levels and from a previous skin condition I tend to bruise very easily, especially on the arms. This product has improved that dramatically. I hardly get the bruises at all now. So impressed.

After listening to a doctor on the radio who also specialises in natural therapy I was surprised I’d never heard of this. I’ve taken Ostelin calcium and D3 which is helpful but with the added K2 it helps to absorb the calcium into the bones..
