This replaced the prescription calcium for osteoporosis porosity that was discontinued. Most places do not stock it & chemist warehouse is now the only reliable source in our area. We find it works really well

I have low Vit D levels and from a previous skin condition I tend to bruise very easily, especially on the arms. This product has improved that dramatically. I hardly get the bruises at all now. So impressed.

Apparently this product is far more beneficial in that regard, so it was a no-brainer for me to switch brands. It's still a fairly large tablet. I take it at the same time that i take my Ethical Nutrients Magnesium, as I've also read that each of these supplements are absorbed more efficiently when taken together. I've never had a problem with brittle bones, but being in my 50s, it's very important to prevent any chances of developing osteoporosis. It is good for your bones with Calcium and Vitamin D for bones as well and helps to prevent osteoporosis.
After a lifetime of having split cracked fingernails, they are now actually looking good. A bone density test soon will tell me if it's working for my bones too. I have tried other brands but nothing fixes split fingernails like this one. Apparently it is the K2 which is found in fermented food which we evolved on, and now thanks to canning or freezing we no longer get
