OXO Good Grips Pop All-Purpose Dispenser - Medium

The OXO is a nice slim dispenser, I purchased this for my sons pantry in his unit, the pantry is unusually narrow so he has to be careful of the sizing of storage containers he puts in his pantry. This dispenser does not take up to much room, will purchase the next size up when it becomes available again.

Excellent container, excellent service.

I already had one of these containers and was so impressed with the lid design and open/close system, that I ordered a second. Unfortunately, this arrived with a long split down the curved front side. I immediately called Robert Dyas who arranged for a replacement to arrive the next day.So good service rescues a rare product fault.

Good except for sizes

The Clear Food Dispenser Containers are shaped very similar to the Cereal Containers. They both have pour spouts, but Dispensers are listed by ounce(25.6, 38.4, 51.2 oz), not quart(2.5,3.4,4.5 qt) like the much larger Cereal Containers. I bought the largest size Dispenser(51.2 oz) to use for my smallest cereal box because the smallest size Cereal Container (2.5 QT) was much too large. However, I think the prices for the Dispensers are too high in relation to other Oxo containers so I only bought one, opting to use other containers for what I might have put in the medium & smaller Dispensers.

The size and look of this container is great. The top however is not. the open and shut tab does not fully close, and sits loosely. the idea of these being cereal containers should mean a tight lock so the freshness remains in.

Not ‘large’

I bought this and the next size down and they are very small. For this ‘large’ container you’d struggle to fit even half a box of cereal. They looked nice but needed to be atleast twice the size to be worth the money and fit for anything other than nuts or macaroni shells.

Perfect shape

It took me a while to get the perfect containers for rice, sugar, etc., but I finally found them. These containers are just tall enough, and they are narrow enough to be easy to hold (they also have an indentation for that purpose) and to make good use of the cupboard space.

Worth the money

High quality, easy to open and grip. As a result of Parkinsons affecting my fine motor skills I need storage containers that are safe for me to hold and easy to open and close. These containers are fantastic and worth the money.
