I bought multiple ozito products with batteries. Have operated with total of 3 batteries and 2 have failed. Tried returning with view that ozito is only supplied by Bunnings and should be easy exchanged. No not the case. Have to do search for purchase receipt. Gone off ozito and will buy more expensive product next time. Disappointing, a case of you get what you pay for I guess.

Purchased 2x 4.0ah Batteries for mower, it came with 2x2.5ah.Much better run time, can hot swap originals back in. Worth it. Online click and collect was Excellent, will do again.

Until now, I've used the 1.5Ah batteries that came with the drill/driver set that I bought. I bought this 4Ah battery to get more run-time with the various 18V items that I've since bought. An added bonus is that it also gives a bit more "oomph" to the appliances (e.g. air blower), so I'm more than happy with that! I'm not sure if the 5.2Ah will add yet more "oomph" or if it is worth paying dosh? I guess there is only one way to find out.....

1. It does not fit the grey model whippa snippa !!2. Customers have never been advised of this at purchase.3. Bunnings (Warrnambool sold me the grey whippa snippa knowing accessories like the charger are no longer available nor likely to be stocked)
Jan 2018 bought. Immediate failure which was replaced under warranty.Used maybe a dozen times since (This is a 2nd unit).Sep 2021 completely failed - charger leds and battery leds indicate failure.Price in 2018 $39.89Price in 2021 $69.00 - that is a 73% increase!!!!
We purchased the battery to use whilst sailing off the coast of WA and unfortunately when we plugged it in it has a fault which, when we googled it, says to discontinue using it immediately. It's been a slight inconvenience as we won't be close to a Bunnings for many months so we have a faulty product, and we can't return it.

Great battery charges from one tool to another with no problems
I have had 2 of these 4amp hour batteries since 2015 and they still operate satisfactorily. I purchased another one with the fast charger especially to power the OZITO pole pole saw which I recently purchased . And the fast charger for when I need to charge the batteries in a hurry . The original charger still works fine .
Strange either I am not reading the 3 year warranty right or Robert has not even taken it back for a new one. Or just likes to complain about how his battery hasn't lasted the 3 years as stated on the warranty he has only had it just over 2 years (2 years and 9 months). If after a charge it lasts 2 minutes surly he is entitled to a new one.If my new 4 ah battery only lasts 2 years I would certainly use my warranty to claim a new one and I certainly would recommend it as most tools and batteries last just past the warranty date and fail.By the amount of Nos (15) he has I am not the only one. If for $69 I get 2 years out of it and a new battery (which he was entitled to) I'd be singing praises for the ozito 3 year warranty and not writing a condemning review.
