I bought this product as I am unable to have gluten or maize which is in every pain relief tablet/capsule on the market. It's sickly sweet but not too unpleasant in flavor and seems to do the trick with regards to pain relief and certainly more gently on my stomach.

I have trouble swallowing pills or tablets, so this is a lifesaver for me during cold and flu season! Doesn't taste terrible and does the job with headaches and body pain.

I purchased this as I'm required to administer all medications via a feeding tube. This was not only great value but it worked exceptionally well, too. Panamax being a very thin liquid, doesn't block feeding tubes, especially when followed by a small water flush. I highly recommend this product!
If you’re like me and wish to avoid tablets, The is a great alternative. I’m so glad it exists! Works just as effectively as tablets.

Had this before works
I use this regularly as I’m an adult but exclusively tube fed so need liquid for pain relief.The elixir works just as well as tablets would. Only issue is the bottle size only comes in this size and adult dosage is 20mls. Using it 4 times a day means a bottle does not last long - only a few days. But otherwise good for pain relief and fever.
