I received this as a gift, wore it 4 times for special occasions and the sliding chain used to tighten the bracelet snapped in half. Not a good design, definitely flawed which makes for unfortunately a bad product as repetitive use can stress the metal causing it to get brittle or snap and turns out I am not the only one with this issue as my friends sister who previously had this same bracelet also had hers snap in half. Couldn't get it replaced as the store does not offer replacements past the 1 year warranty and they don't offer just the ends (which they should since those would be an easier replacement to purchase if just the ends are broken as they are just attached with a clip). Get another bracelet as your money would be better off invested info a different one.

I bought this bracelet twice. The first time the chain broke below the bead. I was able to a refund with pictures to customer service. I bought an identical one with several expensive charms, the bead came loose. The entire bracelet came off and she lost several hundred dollars worth of charms. We hoped we'd find the bracelet around the house, etc. Don't buy if you actually plan to wear it.

I bought this bracelet about a year and a half ago. It was cute and fit well for a while. But after a couple of months it began to come loose. When I bought it, I wasn’t told that you could only put up to 4 charms on it. I went to a pandora store recently to see if I could get something to keep it from sliding, and the ladies there told me they didn’t have anything and that they actually didn’t even recommend buying this bracelet because it will always do this and there’s no way to fix it. Overall, the bracelet is cute but not worth buying, as you can only have up to 4 charms on it, and after a while it will come loose and start sliding off.

My boyfriend purchased this bracelet for me in July alongside a few charms. I do not wear this bracelet during any strenuous activities or in the shower, just during the day… yet the fastening part immediately slides down once put on. I am on my first replacement and just went back to the store to inquire about another. This is RIDICULOUS for less than a year of wear. This product is a big let down, and Pandora will not let me switch to another type of bracelet. Very upset. Do not get this bracelet.
I got this bracelet as a gift, and at first I absolutely loved it the slider was so nice to use and it was fantastic. However after wearing it a few times I noticed that it would get loser over the day and would almost fall off my wrist if I was not careful. I took it into the shop and they tested the slider and said yep that's not right and replaced it but the same thing happened again. However this time when I took it into the shop the attendant told me it was only good for 3-5 wears before the slider would start to slip. I can't believe Pandora would make a product that could only be warn 3-5 times before it being ineffective.
It’s a love hate relationship with this one. Bought it in 2022 and absolutely loved it. However, it slid off my hand on my way to work in Jan. I traced my steps but couldn’t find it. I was so gutted because it was my first Pandora, I was attached to it. When I visited Pandora to replace it, I was informed after a while the friction on the hold loosens and may not tighten as it used to. I wish I’d known this, I would have repurpose it to an anklet that way I would still have it in my possession. So as much as I love it, and if you want to buy it, be mindful of this defect.

The slide also has caused a bend in the dangle chain so when I went to Pandora to explain that the bracelet catch keeps opening they said the bend is not a manufacture fault so their only solution was to send it off to be welded shut which would prevent me from adding charms. The whole bracelet is poorly designed and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I got this bracelet as a gift a while back and was excited to finally join the Pandora club. Over time, I've received a few charms but this proved problematic for this bracelet as I continuously had to tighten it. I received a bangle as well in time and moved all my charms to the bangle hoping this will stop the issue. It definitely did not as I found out today when I discovered my bracelet not on my arm. Fortunately, found it in the car park at work having just fallen off my arm when I arrived. I've now resorted to putting a small elastic band after the slider ball in the hope it will keep it in place.
This isn’t a good bracelet at all i wouldn’t recommend it to anybody looking for a pandora bracelet. I would choose another option. I got this bracelet for my birthday in october last year i haven’t had it a full year yet and already i cannot wear the bracelet anymore incase i loose it. It’s always coming loose it doesn’t stay tight to your wrist. I’m constantly having to tighten in again and again throughout the day. When you put it on within 5 minutes its back to being loose and hanging off your wrist again. Worst bracelet i’ve got from pandora and i have a few of them. Don’t buy. My mam bought this in a deal with charms free. A cheap bracelet would probably stay fastened better than this does.
The bracelet so far looks nice. However I bought 2 and also 2 charms. One for my sister and one for my mom. Totaling 4 items. These are going to be Christmas gifts. They sent all 4 in one Pandora box. Seriously? It’s $125 each bracelet and charm set and they couldn’t send at least 2 boxes so I could gift them. My suggestion if you are buying more than one as gifts is to make 2 separate orders. If I spend that much for a bracelet I expect a box for each and not just to shove them all in one. Do better.
