At the moment I switched to applying it daily to the most problematic rosacea spots on my cheeks and will keep doing it. I would recommend it as a daily treatment on problematic spots to help keep rosacea under control or as acid treatment about once a week. I wouldn't recommend applying it daily on the whole face unless it is required by the skin condition. I gave it 5 stars as I believe it is one of the best and most pleasant to use azelaic acid treatments for rosacea I have tried so far.

I also use the Paula's Choice Niacinamide Poreless toner in the night time and let it dry then put on the Azaelic acid, and in the morning I use the Paula's Choice Hyaluronic Acid toner before the Azaelic acid and it has been a great routine for my reactive combination skin with a severely damaged moisture barrier. I also use the brand "Byoma gel foaming cleanser, Byoma Tri-Ceramide spray (only a little as it can get sticky), and Byoma Water Gel moisturizer" day and night in conjunction with the Paula's Choice products I mentioned. I don't have to use any other actives lately as this is all my skin can tolerate and why change it up when this truly works for me.
