I use Penrite 85W-140 diff oil grade & add “Penrite LimSlip” to negate the need for the expensive & hard to find dedicated premium mineral Kazz Diff Oil. This Penrite Premium Mineral Diff Oil is an excellent product, I renew the fluid every 2nd engine oil change, basically at 10K intervals.

This gear oil is perfect, with a really thick consistency it helped to maintain syncro in gears after heating up, especially from 2nd to 3rd gear...better than oils I have used in the past. It also happened to be the cheapest on the shelf, so not only an excellent product, but excellent value as well!

It’s a very smelly dirty job to do and this product made all the diff(erence).The inbuilt filler tube is convenient and makes the tricky refill job easier.Matched the spec and price I needed.

I have always diligently changed my sump oil, but have never changed the Gear Oil in my cars, this time i drained the oil for over half an hour till the drops stopped, and filled up, using a sauce bottle seemed to work best.

Used this is my VE Clubsport,changed the oil just before powercruise this year raced all weekend burnouts powerskids,drifting Etc..diff is still quite Penrite oil gives great protection won’t use any thing else
Made a huge difference in the diff of my '88 hiace, even though manufacturer recommends 75w-90. This along with two tubes of shift eze has quietened the whine when decelerating or going down hills, and driving at a constant speed between 55-80 kph. Has also improved the surging which was happening before.Used the same stuff in my gearbox along with another two tubes of shift eze and am really happy with the results.Definitely recommend for anyone driving an older car/van.
