This is overall a solid harness and can be a good deal, especially when it's on sale. It's comfortable when I use it to climb, and wicks well if I've sweat through it. Only negative is that it is sometimes less comfortable sometimes when I'm belaying while in it (tends to ride up no matter how I've adjusted it).I used it as a replacement to my previous harness while shopping on a budget, and it did the job nicely. Since then, I've upgraded but keep this as a backup as it's sturdy and safe. For sizing, I got the smallest size I could find in the store which was a small, and when I was able to cinch everything up, it fit well (I typically run XS so this was suitable), but I did cinch it up to almost the limit.

I recently bought this for my wife to replace a very similar harness from Black Diamond. The color, look and style is great. The waist fit was perfect with lots of adjustments but my wife did find that the straps in the inner thighs were not comfortable. They seem to use these metal inserts so if your thighs are close to rubbing it makes for an uncomfortable fit (wife is a fit 5’7 - 120lbs). Overall, if the fit was better she would have kept them but she had to get a different model for a better fit.

Overall, I really like this harness. It is padded in the right spots and very comfortable and I really like the color. It is very easy to adjust and there is plenty of space in the leg openings. The thing I don't much like about it is that I have curvy hips and a bottom and the large was a little tight getting up my backside, but was fine with plenty of room once on my waist. I also wish this came with a stuff sack as it got a little tangled in my bag with my other stuff. I have only used this at the gym so far but am looking forward to taking it out this spring as there is plenty of space and lots of loops for all of my gear. Would buy this again and would recommend it to others as long as they're not too curvy.

Bought this to replace a smaller harness I had when I put on a few pounds. Totally stoked I no longer have to take the whole harness off when nature calls as it has buckles to release the leg straps. My old harness didn’t have the buckles and I always had to take the whole harness off any time I had to go to the bathroom. Easy to adjust the legs and waist belts. Comfortable with falls. I’m 5’4”, 138 pounds, and a bit fluffy in my mid section. Got the medium and it fits great. I do have a large for ice climbing to go over the extra clothes. I would definitely buy it again and would recommend.
This harness does the job- I havent died. It's lacking in gear loops and the size is one too small for me, despite being fitted by an REI employee:/ I would have traded it in, but it keeps me safe and knowing they have to dispose of any safety material (like in the trash) I just couldn't get myself to return. I say all of this, but I still have to wear it as tight as it goes around my torso, but REALLY wiggle to get it off me. It's mildly comfortable, but never seems to line up in the back and it's not the lightest.I have worn this in the gym and outside- leading, following, trad, and sport. I think it's great first harness, but feel the need to upgrade once I collect more gear and setting trad.
This is my first harness. I bought it for beginner top-rope indoor climbing but it has been used both indoors and out. It’s comfortable and constructed well. The only thing some people might not like is the leg loops which are not adjustable. (They are quite loose on me but still hold very comfortably and securely while dropping and belaying) Runs true to size if you read the measurements.
I am really happy that I went with this harness. It's very comfortable and super padded compared to the one I was using before. I'm also glad that this option has adjustable leg loops. If you're often wearing different types of clothes or just need some extra room, make sure you pick a harness with this feature. Also, it's very cute! love the purple color.
I love the fit of this harness. It is SO incredibly comfortable and super cushy. Great for long all day climbs! And the gym. The gear loops are also fantastic. The front loop on either side are rigid and easy to clip gear off to. There is even an extra one in back for all my rappel/safety gear. I will say this is not the most compact or ultra light harness for alpine, so you are making a trade off if you choose to take in the backcountry.
At 5’10” with a thicket mid section and th him we thighs I have a hard time finding a harness that actually fits. This is the only harness am that comes up to my waist (I have a high rise) as opposed to sitting low on my hips and hitting my stomach at a weird spot like almost any other harness. Also, I have to cinch down the adjustable leg loops all the way. Basically I buy this harness 100% for the fit.My one gripe is the durability. I climb in the Utah a desert a lot and this harness lasts me 1 season. The leg loops get worn which is to be expected but my. Ingest concern is the gear loops that break easily. I’ve heard this complaint from other climbers as well.Normally I’d get a Misty harness for the desert if they fit my body shape. Petzl please add some ... I'm a fairly casual rock climber but enjoy climbing. I have used this harness quite a bit and have found it practical and beginner friendly. I used it in the climbing gym for top roping. The harness is comfortable but feels secure. I am 5'4" and ~118 lbs and found the small size to be a little large (had to have on the smallest settings) while the xs seemed to fit a little better. The color is nice. Frankly, for a beginner harness this is a great choice and the fit is comfortable. It's been used by a number of friends before they have purchased their own harnesses and seems to work well for a variety of body types and shapes. If you're looking for a first harness, this is a great choice.
