Wanted a large screen for my wife's computer and tried using a 40" LCD TV but it was not satisfactory so ordered the 325B. Very happy with the monitor has four USB ports on the monitor 2 on the back and two on the side as well as two HDMI and 1 game port. It looks vastly better and yet just as large as the 40" TV. Has a great stand can raise and swivel makes it very easy to get to the plugs on the back, The base is not small but it does add to the stability of the unit in general and it is convenient to just sit the keyboard on, also stops the cat walking across it. Am now considering getting another for myself.

I had struggled for about two years on a single monitor until I finally had enough put aside to match my original Philips Crystalclear 32' monitor with this matching 32' monitor. I have found it an improvement to the earlier monitor and am satisfied with the quality. Recommended for anyone having to multi-task and who need multiple monitors.

I bought this as a CAD monitor, and one month in it has been great. Good adjustment in the stand, and great colours. 1440p at 32" gives enough pixel density to be smooth, but not too small as to require any display scaling in Windows. The speakers are terrible, as are all in-monitor speakers. But they're fine for video calls or listening to instructional videos.

I am a computer programmer and wanted a monitor so that I could read A4 sized documents with 2 pages side by side without scrolling within the page. The monitor can definitely do that and has also increased my productivity writing code because I can see more lines in my IDE. It is handy that it has an inbuilt USB hub and dual HDMI ports because I usually use a client's laptop as well as my consultancy's laptop and it makes switching between them easier. The monitor is huge like a mini-tv compared to my previous 24 inch monitor so make sure you have enough desk space to accommodate it. The stand is very sturdy and it is easy to get the monitor screen to a comfortable height unlike my previous monitor that I had to prop up on a cardboard box. For me the speakers aren't that bad and are good enough for the odd game of Diablo 3.
Indeed a great choice to go for. Using this as a work station setup at home. I had ordered Philip's curved 34' for my brother thru Amazon US and he loved it! Next I will go for Philip's curved monitor.
It seems too good to be true, a display this big, good resolution and this price AND it is so easy to look at. I can use this display on serious work binges for 15hrs straight and have zero eye strain. There is something about this panel that is so easy on my eyes. I'm about to order another one for a new office build. It looks somewhat dated with the fat bezels and such, but one look at it and I couldn't care less about that.
At work I use a similarly specified Dell monitor that cost a whole lot more than this.At home I use this Philips monitor for GIS, graphics, and large spreadsheets, and I have also played movies. I cannot fault it.It equals my office monitor in every way.It is great value for money.
I bought this monitor to work on Word and Excel documents for my work. Comparison: 1. My iMac Retina screen is small (21.5 inch) but has 100% perfect clarity 2. My BenQ 3270 4K/UHD (32 inch) monitor has good clarity + USB-C input 3. This Philips 325B1L 2K/QHD (32 inch) monitor has: - poor clarity - a pixelated picture - a narrow field of view - when you move viewing angle slightly from left to right, the picture becomes 'frosty' and dark - this is despite the claim that this monitor has a wide field of view - antiquated low spec inputs: DP v1.2 and HDMI v1.4 (terrible, really) Turning the sharpness to maximum makes the pixels pronounced, while turning it down makes everything blurry - there's no sweet spot or winning to be had here. Bottom line: Buy a 4K monitor - QHD just isn't enough resolution for 32 inch monitors. Why waste the earth's precious resources to manufacture items that aren't suited to their purpose?
Happy with display and screen size. Sound is a bit tinny through the screen and no longer through my external speakers. Also I purchased a cord as I was told it didn't come with one but it actually did. So even though they don't want you opening the box in store to check I suggest you do - just incase.
I have to disagree with the other reviewer, jpuser, in that the monitor picture quality is very sharp and as good as it gets. The other criticisms are probably valid. I didn't notice it until I read his review, but if you look at the monitor at a 35° angle or more, then it does appear maybe 20% dimmer. That said, I almost always look at monitors from the front, so this isn't a real issue for me. Ultimately, I think it's good value for money. At the time of writing, this was the cheapest 32 inch quad HD monitor which also has a fully adjustable stand (can move it up and down by like a foot, and rotate in every direction), and it gets the job done.
